Made of narrow finger cut boards, which isn't a bad thing as long as they use quality glue. This method works well in variable heat and humidity, pieces won't warp or twist like a 1 piece solid board. Bolts together and bolts are of good quality. Swivels easily and the 4 small gripper pads you apply are very thin but have amazing grip. Not fine quality furniture but then it's meant for a garage. Simple assembly and goes together quickly. The pieces all fit together nicely too. The clips that hold the rod itself are a bit stiff and take a bit of effort to snap pole into, so be careful. A bit pricey but for the convenience it's not too painful. I would purchase again.

The wood and stain look amazing! Very easy to put together and yet so strong, stable and sturdy. I'd buy again or as a gift for sure. If I could nitpick it would be that one piece of wood has a small scuff but not even enough that anyone would notice and I can use a stain pen in that tiny spot.
