I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the after-sales service I received from Qubo. I purchased several items, including cameras, a doorbell, and a smart lock, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. The camera quality on all the devices is exceptional—it captures clear, detailed images that truly impress. Additionally, the features offered by these devices are highly advanced and stand out when compared to other products on the market. For instance, the cameras come with a range of intelligent functionalities that enhance security and convenience. The doorbell not only has high-definition video but also includes two-way audio, making communication simple and effective. The smart lock offers impressive security features and ease of use. First thing it does not seem to be a QHD resolution camera. It can't show clearly the faces of persons or number plates of vehicles from a 15 meter distance. I am unable to recognise faces and read number plates clearly even after zooming. Video recording is also not smooth. I think it is recording less than 10 frames per second. Sometimes it is missing few frames. A moving object appears at some place, suddenly it jumps to another place in the next frame after 3 to 5 seconds. That 3 to 5 seconds video is missing. It is unable to capture that 3 to 5 seconds video. I have observed this number of times in recorded videos as well as live videos. I am greatly disappointed with this Qubo camera. There is no return, only replacement is there. So think twice before ordering this product. I have connected this cam and my mobile to a jio 5g network with 100 mbps speed, so clearly there is no network issue.

Great product in this price range. Quality of video could be better. Sensor based functions sometime don't work. I've used a 128gb card, and backup is easily accessible through WiFi . So you don't really need the paid plan. Design wise, is really easy to install, adjust and fix. I'd prefer better quality of recordings and better functioning of sensors. Otherwise a good first Cam for security.

I recently purchased the Qubo Outdoor WiFi CCTV Bullet Camera from the Hero Group, and I must say, it has taken my home security to a whole new level. What sets this camera apart is its impressive color night vision capability. I have been using this Cam from almost 3 weeks and performance is very good. Best cam in this range. Installation is super easy and qubo app is user friendly. The quality of picture , motion detection, person detection is remarkable. I have kept it in continous recording mode & in high- quality the size of video is not large but no compromise on video quality. But it has various design and software flaws. First is camera hangs and you need to force reboot the cam from time to time. There is no alert when the SD card is full. You can only download 1 min of your recording. The entire duration of video cannot be downloaded. Even if there is good network connectivity suddenly the cam becomes offline. These have to be corrected before beating Make In India drum. Also before formatting the sd card you cannot download the the entire videos , only 1 min supported and the support lady says you have to bring the camera down take the sd card and again refix the cam. Not happy after using 4 months.

Worse CCTV camera, you can’t connect to camera directly, it is always via internet and it doesn’t connect to a weak or hidden WiFi. Doesn’t allow change of WiFi unless you factory reset. Not able to use it at all in basement

Very useful, need to devaote 15 min to understand the app functionality
