Better than I thought it would be.

I've owned several generations of Oster and Philips hair clippers in the past. They are all good and well, but at some point, the oscillator will eventually come out of synch and the adjuster is always out of range to compensate the bad oscillations. Anyway, I'm a bit surprised at this set because of how stable and low noise the trimmer and clipper both are. The clipper is very strong, able to smoothly clip a full head of hair and more. The trimmer has a bit of a mixed review because it handles thinner hair better, not so much for thick stubborn hair. The trimmer tends to bog and choke on a thick patch and will leave you knicked with a few bumps if you're not careful with it. But on thin patch and trimmer activities, it performs well. Both of the units are made of metal casing with a lot of golden bling. These are robust devices which operates at very low noise and vibration harshness. They don't generate much heat and burn the clipper base after several minutes of use. Other alternatives I've used all are pretty bad at heat management and noise control. This set performs well in general. It's been 4 months and after 5-6 rounds on 4 heads in this family, yeah, it's still rocking and kicking. I can confidently recommend this unit. Just watch out if you don't pay attention the metal casing is plated in gold, there's much bling and it's not subtle at all. Despite the appearance, the performs is solid.

Now this is a very cool shaver and trimmer. I love the weight of both units and how well it cuts the hair off my face. The digital battery life reading is SUPER cool. I have used it a bunch of times now and it does so well. I have dropped them both, got both wet, and still no issues at all. it comes with a nice little accessory and different number-sized trim attachments. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of a shaver! Also, my barber has the same exact one I use in his professional shop! Great quality!

This shaving set is like no other! From the time I opened the package I can tell it was going to be a great set. It arrived sealed in a beautiful box and the quality could be felt immediately. Both shavers are nice and heavy duty with intricate details in the design. Nothing like cheap plastic here, nice quality metal. Just feels great in the palm of your hand. My hubby tried it out immediately and told me how much he likes it. Feels very well made and heavy. Blades are sharp and it provides a nice close shave. Units are charged via usb-c but both arrived at 100% and ready to go. This would be so perfect for a Father’s Day gift. Can’t ask for better!
