the best cost to quality ratio i could find. delicious and effective, no fillers and tastes sweet and rich like a true extract- powdered mushrooms will instead taste bitter and bland like mushroomy sawdust. Delicious in coffee or even just dipping a finger.

Lion's Mane helps tremendously with my cognitive function. Luckily, this was the first Lion's Mane I ever tried. I've tried a few others since then, and none of them come close. This is the most potent stuff out there. It works best if you mix it into a drink (protein shake for me), but I also load it into capsules for days when I'm on the go and need to consume quickly. It seems to be a little less effective in capsules, but it still makes a difference.

I’d say I’ve noticed quick boost in energy and focus and is a help to my current meds to lift some of the brain fog associated. Product is tasteless. I mix it in my hot or cold coffee. I highly recommend the mushroom extract from Ellies. I have been using it for about two weeks and have had excellent results. As with any effective product, you need to be consistent with its use to achieve the desired effects. I found more mental clarity, a stronger ability to comprehend and form sentences and a very sharp memory was returning from long ago. I began easily remembering names and events and phone numbers. The number one thing I would say was verbal acuity and the ability to communicate effectively was vastly improved. It is almost like the incandescent light bulb in my head was replaced with an LED. We’ve tried a few different mushroom powders and this dissolves the best. My husband did some research and not all are equal. This brand seems to be a better quality and your body should actually absorb the nutrients whereas others don’t. Will purchase again. We add this to our coffee along with mct powder (and froth) every morning for cognitive function, immune and it tastes good. In our opinion it’s better than creamer plus it’s much better for you!

I really like this product – it dissolves easily in my morning cup of coffee, has a very subtle pleasant flavor, the only thing I have to say is I haven't noticed any great improvement and my physical well-being, but then I don't really have too many physical problems so… It can't be hurting!
