This is not a calcium deposit remover for the tiles. For calcium build-up, use an acid product. But this waterline cleaner worked very well on the scum line. It also disolved the iguana poop stains from my marble patio pavers on my pool deck (usually I need a bleach cleaner). I used nearly the entire bottle before noon cleaning random things besides my pool and it genuinely worked on everything I tried. The scum on the old pool ledge chairs, my ceramic and resin planters, plastic "wicker" furniture, the Rubbermaid plastic garden shed, the black stripes on my white aluminum gutters that nothing else removes, and even the soap scum ring in the bathtub.

Seriously brought the pool liner back to life! It was like magic.

We purchased this product to clean the line where the water ends on the pool liner. The goal was to remove the gunk on the top portion of the pool liner. This product states specifically it is made to do that. Do not use this product! This product REMOVED the print on our liner and left almost a bleached out spot. Picture attached. We’ve tried to contact the company without luck yet. As you can imagine we are extremely sad that our almost new pool liner (3 years old) is ruined and is now an eye sore of what I would describe as a bleached out looking section in our liner. Do not use.

I had some pool pillows that needed cleaning so I got this hoping that it would do a good job cleaning stains. While it did do an effective job cleaning the surface using a scub brush, this solution does not deep clean into the pores of plastic. This product did not remove my stains. I saw no difference in performance than using a spray bottle cleaner such as 409 or Fantastic which are much cheaper. After I got this, in reading the label, I am concerned about knowing the chemical makeup of the cleaner ingredients and allowing them in my pool water. Yes, at a dilution rate of 20,000 gallons of pool water to a bottle of this may be okay, I just question the safety of the ingredients to eyes and skin when used in a pool. I will just scrub my liner with a bristle brush since there is no real description of what the ingredients are.

It removed most smudges from suntan lotion, etc. but failed to remove the dark stains build up.

I use this product every 2 or 3 days at my work , which is a very well used condominium resort swimming pool on the Gulf in Florida. Spray it on the tiles and let it sit a couple of minutes, then scrub the suntan oils, soaps, hair gels right off . Works great for what I need it to do .

Don't be fooled by the title of this cleaner. It may remove certain types of scum, but calcium is very common around a pool and it DOES NOT remove calcium. This may work for some but it was a complete waste of money for me. Be sure to read the fine print and make sure the product is right for your application.
