Best protein I've ever used
For someone who's experienced digestive issues with whey, casein, even beef isolate. And tried egg protein which tastes disgusting, this protein has been a godsend. Mixes great without a blender, tastes great, and absolutely no digestive issues and bloating. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I miss when RedCon was good...
There was a time where I could recommend RedCon to people, but ever since summer of 2025 they changed the formula for their protein for the worse. It tastes worse, and blends worse. This Cookies & Cream flavour feels like you're drinking straight up oatmeal, both texturely and flavour wise. It used to taste fine and be good, but I'm definitely not purchasing this ever again.

No Bloating Great Value Taste Great
This protein powder isn't that bad no bloating tastes really good even better if you mix PBFIT in with it shakes well no clumping texture isn't bad and a decent price fir 30 servings at 26 grams protein

Best tasting protein I've had
I have tried many different lactose free protein powder. This cookies and cream is hands down the best tasting protein I've ever used! I mix it with water and it is super delicious and very smooth. No chalkiness whatsoever. Not sure of performance yet, as I've only started using it for 3 days. Fingers crossed it performs well because the flavor is excellent!

Worth the price!
This protein powder is worth the price. It mixes well and is very creamy. Not chalky. I like that it is a whole foods product. Low sugar and half the calories of regular protein powder. Fits my macros. Their protein bars are equally as good.

Love the flavor. Creamy texture not chalky at all. Mixed well with variety of ingredients. High protein content compared to others.

Excellent flavor
Tastes very good, nice to find a cookies & cream flavor with no gluten. I've noticed it doesn't froth the way some other flavors do, so the consistency is relatively thin as opposed to the milkshake-like texture of other flavors. It's good, though!

Incorrect food allergens listed
Photo of label does not state that it contains wheat, however when the product arrived the labelling clearly states it does contain the allergen so I had to return it. These are old photos on the ad as Redcon1 changed the formulation in 2025. After bringing this to the suppliers attention the listing still has the incorrect label depicted 5 weeks later.
