Fit and worked perfectly

First of all this is not exact fit. I have 2006 is250 lexus, it need to cut some wires just to make it fit. So i put thisin the morning and test drove it and was fine. After overnight parked and start it again in the morning it would not start. I don’t know if i can still return it with some wiring cut. I will give 5 stars if they let me return it. Update: and they did and bought another one with same brand.

This fuel pump kit (including strainer, hose, and clamps) does not fit Toyota or Lexus applications as stated in the listing without significant modification. Installation required buying another strainer that fits and physically shortening the pump spout just to make it fit. This is a universal pump, I would love to pump, for this price for many other projects but not in a JDM vehicle, it is a great value for the product if you will use it in a Frankenstein Project but Japanese vehicles have origami fuel pump assemblies and when using this pump inside their assemblies it is very noisy and requires it to be rewired to fit. But in just about any other vehicle it would work just not Toyota or Lexus or any other japanese/jdm vehicles Due to delayed delivery, we didn’t have time to reorder the correct unit and were forced to install this one. Currently the pump operates inconsistently, cycling on and off, which allows the engine to run but not maintain higher RPMs. Additionally, when selecting the “problem with order” section, there are no clear or understandable instructions on how to resolve the issue. The guidance provided does not make sense in plain English, and there is no visible option to contact the seller directly. It’s extremely frustrating that Amazon makes resolving issues like this so difficult, leaving the only apparent option to return a fuel-soaked part, which is both inconvenient and impractical.

Every thing worked good other than to hose clamps were to small and required a special crimp tool so plan on alternative clamps

Vanbol pump did not run inside the gas tank no sound at all, hook it to the battery outside the tank it run with no gas, but inside the tank not running , the return window is closed 15 days ago and I am stuck with a bad pump so i got a different gas pump and it run inside the gas tank with the same connections the truck now running but not on Vanbol fuel pump ...next time I will install it right away so I can return it if any trouble...
