**Q: Do wings move and stretch out so child can pretend it's flying?**
A: Well the wings can be held open with both hands and the child can fly the Macaw around the room. But no the wings do not actually stretch out..kid will hold them out (the old timey way)!

This bird is soft, cuddly, and worth your money! I am very much into birds and this macaw makes my room look awesome. It is very squeezable and colorful. The wings are very well made and the textures feel great. Overall if you love birds, you should definitely pick this one up!
