They don’t make the one I used to have anyone and I finally settled on this one as a replacement. My only complaint is that you can’t remove the pan from the hot pad like my old one (it’s all one piece). Other than that, this skillet works perfectly. The temperature controls are marked and are controlled easily. I like the extra depth of the skillet. I saw many complaints of uneven heating (let’s be honest, ALL electric skillets have this issue). You simply learn how to work with it. So far I’ve cooked breakfast (eggs & bacon), chili, soups, and a few other things in it without an issue. Clean up is super easy.
