Very Secure and Looks Great
We are very please with these bookends, they look great and hold about 10 very thick reference books we keep on a table top for quick reference. If used with the wide side facing outward like pictured on the left side they will be very secure.

So beautiful but I wish it weighed more.
I buy a lot of books, a lot of large books. I definitely needed a heavy duty bookend, and I wanted one that was timelessly beautiful. This Volakas marble is so classic and elegant, very happy to keep my favorite books standing up sturdy between these two bookends. Very happy with how well they were packaged. As beautiful as they are, I am really unhappy with the seller stating they would equal over 13 lbs together. We need more honesty in this world. If these were expected to be under the weight described I would have like to have known. I expected the various designs as these are natural stone, and they are handcrafted into lovely arches, I know I would not 100% know what I would get, but I still feel as though the seller put over 13 lbs to attract more buyers. You’re only as good as your word.

Beautiful Bookends with Multipurpose use
Items came in Taylor Made soft foam packaging —then placed in a box especially sized for these bookends This box was then put in a delivery box I love these bookends—but not for the purpose intended As demonstrated in the photo—I am using these as weights to hold my blind in place when the window is open—on a windy day I couldn’t find a suitable item to maintain stability in my bedroom blind These bookends work great and are suitable for any decor—I love them❤️❤️❤️ Online shopping “Rocks”!!!
