I purchased this as it was slightly cheaper than the one we had before. Not that it was exactly cheap!I have learnt my lesson. We could not get it to work. The battery cover was very loose and kept falling off. I am not sure if this is why it would not work or if it was something else entirely but overall I do not think it is a very good quality item.All of the emails were in German which was not very helpful.When I came to sending it back I had to pay for the postage back to Germany.The only good thing I could find was that the box it came is was easy to open!

If you get a working unit its great had no problems getting replaced as I had issues with range the beep function does seem limited and not always reliable the furthest the beep has worked is around 20m but the sprayer when testing (not on dog) went over 40metre (ran out space) and worked flawlessly every time as longs you don't press the buttons too fast as stated in guide. Also there is a delay between pressing the button and the unit responding. If you study your dogs behaviour you will see the critical moment there brain goes into overdrive you need to press just before this happens or you will get no response and do not expect this to work in windy weather unless you get lucky

This pet tec remote spray looked good .I already had first hand knowledge of these sprays and needed a new one. The IRS item did not refill. I contacted Amazon who in turn let the supplier know and they emailed me and replaced it with another one the same. This too did not refill. Amazon refunded me.

very disappointing no way as good as my petsafe st-85 spray collar have to use maximum spray just to get a little spray and first beep is no good either, don't think its going to last especially when the weather gets wet

Rubbish - broke on first outing. Previously used another, more expensive, brand which at least lasted 6 months. It's a shame because these sprays really do work if used correctly - if only they could be more durable...

I have a shih tzu who is 2 years old now and will bark at anything and everything, because he is such a spoilt brat, and barks for attention most of the time! his poor little sister is the complete opposite by the way, she is a very good little princess!!!We had looked at shock collars in the past but that felt cruel so we wanted something to just distract him and stop his constant barking at the door when the gate went.So we decided on the Pet Tec Antibark Spray trainer as it only emits a harmless distraction spray that does no harm to our dog which is exactly what we wanted.It arrived very quickly in a nice quality retail box the two cans were not in the retail box with the collar itself although in the box there is space of one can they were just in the transit box for postal. Anyway Inside the box you get the collar a battery for the collar, the collar fastening and instructions.To use is simply, insert the battery in the collar, insure that the collar is off, remove the cap from one of the non-harmful spray cans, insert the tip into the loading point on the top of the training collar. push down for 10 seconds and you are ready to attach to your pet.the smell of the spray we chose was citronella which is a pleasant smell and my daughter calls our dog the walking air freshener now :-)To attach to your pet. Simply thread the collar fasting around the training collar and then around the dogs neck, adjust the faster to the correct size and cut of the access leave a little remaining to adjust if needed later.This collar is excellent we had an immediate change in barking with this and it does not go off by mistake so really feel it is going to train him very well. It has stopped our dog from barking all the time so it's greatIt's lovely to have some peace again in our house (now only if they did them for the wife and kids...) lolI did received this item free or at a discount in return for a fair and honest review. Es efectivo siempre y cuando el perro tenga ya asociadas las órdenes , es decir , que las conoce pero no las respeta por x motivos, en caso contrario se puede provocar confusión en el perro. Lo mejor es que es totalmente inofensivo y nada agresivo para el perro y esto era sin duda lo que yo andaba buscando. Yo lo uso para corregir malas conductas como ; el ladrido , tirones de correa o por no acudir a la llamada, pero hasta que no asocia bien esa corrección a una orden en concreto no empiezo a corregir la siguiente , sino estresaríamos demasiado al animal y eso sería totalmente contraproducente para su aprendizaje y bienestar.Hay que ser prudentes y no abusar para evitar que el perro se acostumbre a él, siempre con sentido común.Le pongo 3 estrellas en lugar de 5 porque el mayor inconveniente que le encuentro es que la pila que necesita el aparato se gasta con demasiada facilidad .

C'est génial !!!Ma chienne à tendance à aller dire bonjour à tout le monde.... grâce à ce collier et la télécommande je peux appuyer mon NON !!Et c'est sans douleur......car les colliers à décharges électriques je n'aime absolument pas !!Maintenant les balade sans laisse sont agréable et ma chienne revient très facilement quand je l'appelle......j'ai pris un spray à la citronnelle....en plus d'être efficace , l'odeur n'est pas désagréable ( pour nous) et ne reste pas longtemps

Le produit ne fonctionne pas. Le site internet du fabricant est en allemand.J'ai tenté de changer la pile de l'appareil mais impossible de trouver le bon modèle de pile dans le commerce.

mon bergerallemand narretait pas d'aboyer du matin au soir,surtout quand quelqu'un venait a la maison;dés que je lui ai mis le collier, st genial et mon chien ne ressent aucune douleula deuxième pulverisation plus aucun aboiement, quel calme, il es devenu très sage, le collier est genial et mon chien ne ressent aucune douleur,

Poca onestá nel rispondere ad una legittima domanda pre-acquisto sul prodotto.Nello specifico: " oltre alla funzione remota, il prodotto ha anche la funzione automatica anti abbaio?"Risposta: " si certo".Invece tale funzione non c'è.Risultato? Ho acquistato il prodotto sbagliato x le mie esigenze grazie ad una informazione falsa del venditore.

Premier achat, produit visiblement déjà utilisé..! le bip fonctionne mais pas le spray.Le SAV me retourne rapidement un produit sans aucun frais.. que j'imagine reconditionné aussi..Fonctionne un après-midi (même si le spray se déclenche plutôt aléatoirement, difficile d'être dans le timing juste) puis idem, le spray ne fonctionne plus!!Le SAV me fait un bon de retour ou je dois payer les frais de ports!!!!!!!!!! Inadmissible!!

Tres días puesto y ya no funciona. Me he gastado tanto dinero para nada. Estoy muy decepcionada con el producto.

4 jours apres l'essaie sur le chien sans meme que le collier prenne l'eau ou le chaud, il n'envoie plus de spray et bip 1 fois sur 2

Tempi di consegna ottimi quindi ho dato una stellina ma Usato tre volte e già non funziona più. Vedrò di ritornarlo al venditore.
