First purchased the wall panels for a section behind our TV. The panels arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great! Very easy installation and the wall looked so good we've decided to add additional panels on the rest of the wall. New panels again arrived early but were the wrong color. The Wood Veneer Hub team was very understanding and promptly sent us the correct panels. No questions, just great support!!! They even expedited the delivery of the new panels. Their sales (customer service) team quickly answered the phone and emails, even following up to ensure we knew when the panels would be delivered. Once again, great products and support! Highly recommend.

says 'american walnut' but in fact these are laminate. I thought I was ordering walnut strips.

I picked up these American Walnut acoustic slat panels to finish a feature wall in my home office, and I have to say they completely exceeded my expectations on every front. Out of the box, the panels have an impressive presence. The walnut veneer has a genuine depth to it, with rich grain variation that gives the wall a high-end, custom look rather than the flat, uniform appearance you get with painted drywall or budget wood-look alternatives. Each slat is cleanly finished on all sides, so even the edges look intentional and refined once installed. Installation took me a weekend working solo, and the process was more straightforward than I anticipated for panels this size. At nearly 95 inches tall, they cover floor to ceiling in most standard rooms, which eliminates the need to stack shorter panels and deal with seams at eye level. The two-part inner and outer slab design is clever. The panels join flush with no visible gap, and once everything was secured with screws through the felt backing into my wall studs, nothing shifted or bowed. I did take my time measuring and leveling before I committed, and that prep work paid off. The acoustic improvement is real and noticeable. My office used to have a fair amount of echo, especially during video calls, and the difference after installing these panels was immediate. The felt backing, which is made from recycled material, absorbs mid and high frequency reflections well, and conversations and music both sound noticeably warmer and less harsh in the room now. It is not a full soundproofing solution, but for reducing echo and improving the overall acoustic quality of a living or working space, these deliver. My only note for prospective buyers is to expect some natural color and grain variation between panels, which is inherent to real wood veneer. I actually think this adds to the organic character of the finished wall, but if you are hoping for perfectly uniform color matching from panel to panel, just be aware that is not how real wood works. Overall, this is a premium product that lives up to its price point, and I would not hesitate to buy more for other rooms in the house.

These wall panels packaged nicely and came with corners to protect the edges as well as plastic wrapped throughout to make sure there’s no scratches or anything on the paneling. The color is definitely more of a cool tone wood. If you had a gray in your house this would be a better color choice then maybe a warm toned panel. I will say I’ve tried another panel from this company, and this one does not seem quite as high-end for the price point as another one that is only a little bit more money. While the panels make any room, look nice and high end with this modern touch, you do you want to research your wood tone and any of that are not solid wood to make sure you’re getting the best quality and ones that will last the longest especially if you’ve got kids or dogs that could run into the side of the panel.

Pros: -The slats came in great condition, with no damage, and instantly transformed the look of my hall way with a simple accent. -This provides a touch of warm, nature, and interest into a plain wall. -I found that these can be installed with black screws going inbetween the slats and you wont even notice the screw heads. I tried using a nail gun which worked well but slightly pulling on it caused it to come away form the wall a bit. Cons: -I have nearly identical wall slats that cost about $75 less and actually look better, so I found these to be way over priced.
