Wanted a way to play my Buzz PS2 games on my brand new 2026 big tv, which doesn't have the ability, saw this and didn't know if it would work but it has done the job no problem, time for games night!

Did everything I wanted it to do, so now I'm back living in 2009 and my stress has been reduced as I've plugged in my old Wii! How I crave for these simple times again.

Straight up doesn't work. Tried on multiple displays. Will flicker the video output on sometimes but no signal 99% of the time. Audio works fine. Do not buy.

Great little product, does exactly what I wanted (connect a wii to a new tv without rca ports. The only thing you might change on other devices is the refresh rate, as you can see the console is set to 50hz, when I first set it up it was on 60hz and the picture looked like a chewed up vhs video,(still viewable change settings) but once changed, the picture is perfect (much much better than I expected ). The convert can be powered from the consoles USB port so no need to loose a port on the tv, or plug space for an USB plug. Has the added benefit of being able to work with more devices that the console so happy I choose this, great buy, price and very easy to use. You can gauge the quality of the picture from the video, that's a 4k 55" screen in the video.

Funciona perfectamente para esos aparatos y consolas viejas que solo tienen salida rca y los televisores nuevos solo tienen HDMI.

* Branchement d'un lecteur DVD , connexion 1 péritel et RVA (5 bornes femelles) à une télévision connexion 2 HDMI + 1 USB. Montage rapide, sans problème. Le cordon d'alimentation ayant une entrée USB mâle a été branché sur celui de la télé, ça fonctionne, à débrancher quand on n'utilise pas le convertisseur, ça bloque la télé. Après avoir mis en marche télé et DVD, sélectionné le port HDMI2; surprise, l'écran était tout gris, mais affichait le contenu de mon DVD, après avoir sélectionné un fichier, 2ème surprise, une image en couleurs , superbe, nette bien contrastée, et avec le son. Que demander de mieux. ça mérite un 5, coté fonctionnement. Petit bémol cependant: Le manuel technique , 5 cm x 5 cm , 6 pages en anglais, impossible à lire sans s'arracher les yeux. J'ai donc scanné ce bout de papier pour l'agrandir jusqu'à avoir un texte lisible ,normal , sauvé en .jpg, puis en format .xls, afin d'en faire la traduction et une mise en page Français / Anglais. Avantage du système, on n'a pas besoin de le relire pour en connaitre le contenu, (2 bonnes heures). Cela mériterait 1/2 Point en moins. 2ème exercice non prévu à l'origine: Branchement d'un magnétoscope VHS (2 ports péritel) à la télé en question. Après avoir testé un convertisseur, qui ne m'a pas donné satisfaction, ayant fait l'objet d'un retour avec remboursement, j'ai décidé d'essayer avec cet appareil. Cet essai a nécessité d' acheter un adaptateur Péritel / RVA. Montage sans problème et un résultat auquel je ne m'attendais pas: Mes cassettes VHF étant âgées, je ne m'attendais pas à avoir une image de la même qualité qu'avec mes DVD , et voilà les résultats: - Images extraites d'un camescope, puis montées en film. Son un peu faible, image acceptable, mais écran bleu entre chaque paquet d'images avec l'info, "pas d'entrée". Dommage, je n'ai pas trouvé la solution pour remédier à ce problème, malgré plusieurs essais de réglages différents. - Cassettes enregistrées achetées dans le commerce. Même phénomènes , même en pire, pour une j'ai un écran bleu et que le son. - Cassettes enregistrées sur mon magnétoscope par l'intermédiaire d'un tuner. J'ai un jeu de cassettes qui ne me servent qu'à cela, j'enregistre un émission, après l'avoir visualisée, elle repart pour un nouvel enregistrement... Le résultat obtenu est à 100%, image très correctes son correct, idem qu'avec les DVD. Pourquoi aller chercher des convertisseurs qui coute 3 à 4 fois le prix d'un adaptateur, qui ne nous donnent pas satisfaction ...

I've been using this device along with a power converter to be able to play American Xbox games on a European smart TV. The signal is clear and looks great with the built-in upscaling. Fantasic for the price!
