Very good - good value for money. They heat up quickly and stay hot for a very long time. Heat lasted longer than their promise. Adhesive is good, they stay on all day. Personally I prefer the ones you can stick straight on the skin, but these are so much cheaper, it's worth it. It can also sometimes be a good thing that you're better able to move the patch slightly by moving the clothes. It is also more comfortable and less risk of reacting to the adhesive. The heat treatment really does help a lot for back pain relief.

These heat pads are amazing. After attaching one to the inside of my scarf, I had instant relief in my neck.The heat pads last up to 12hours and are activated by one's own body heat.Fantastic! Thank you!😊

They work really well and are great value compared to the usual branded products, but they stick very firmly, so if you’ve got hair on your lower back, trim it first unless you enjoy unnecessary pain.

This is easy to use, it definitely warms up , and last as mentioned. I recommended this to family, they bought and also are very happy with the heat pads , from excruciating back pain to have better mobility is fantastic, i wish they make bigger size to cover the whole length of lumber area , i consider this item to have value for money.

Even though I followed all of the instructions for using the heat pads, they burnt my skin through my clothes. They do work for pain relief and the heat lasts a long time. But extra care is needed.

I have been having SI joint problems and lots of pain for some time. It got worse recently and I usually use a microwaveable gel pad - but these are not always heated evenly and go cold quite quickly. Also I was going away for a few days and wouldn't be abl;e to heat my pad anywhere so I tried these heat packs. They do take a little while to heat up once applied, possibly because they react to air and when I put it on my back (stuck to my underclothes and not directly next to my skin) they get limited air. But heat they do! They really help alleviate my back pain and have helped keep me toasty as I walk my dog (the source of the pain). The pack says to not wear when sleeping and this is probably because they can get much hotter if they are pressed - such as when lying on your back, but I addanother layer of clothing or turn on my side. The heat pack has lasted up to about 14 hours so far - particularly if the last few hours are sleeping on it.

They are a good sized rectangle. Stay on all day no problem, as long as their position is reasonably flat. Mine goes on base of my spine for arthritic pain. It works for me all day. A pleasant constant warmth. If I am really bad I replace it at bed time … no problem. Stays there until morning and doesn’t move.

Ces patchs chauffant sont absolument géniaux... Ils se fixent parfaitement sur les vêtements et ne bougent pas,même pendant la nuit. Le patch reste chaud au moins 16 heures. Absolument parfait pour le bas du dos. Dommage que se soit aussi cher.

Avevo già usato questa marca in passato e non posso che consigliarla. Purtroppo per problemi cronici mi capita spesso di dover usare i cerotti e questi sono i migliori. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Avendo la colla su tutto il cerotto e non solo i lati riesco a tenerlo di notte senza rischiare che si stacchi. So che andrebbe sui vestiti e non sulla pelle, ma lo consiglio sulla pelle. Non scotta eccessivamente
