Extremely uncomfortable
I bought a belt in past after my c-section and that was completely different to this one. This one has three sticks inside to keep the belt straight and it really pokes in your skin when sitting down. So if you are only going to stand wearing this then itโs okay but canโt do any other movements. Also the material makes the skin really itchy.
