Must have for shoulder blade pain!
I almost didn't buy this because I ordered a cheaper version that didn't work. This is more expensive and worth it. I literally ordered every shoulder support brace and only kept this one and a different type. I have bad shoulder pain behind my shoulder blades and bigger chested. This is helping me so much. Approved!

I have tried over and over, but this is not comfortable and irritating to upper arms, poor sizing and difficult to put on and off

Good support
I needed a support brace that allows for maximum movement with enough shoulder support, and as a reminder to not over extend reach. This works fine, but after 2-3 hours of patching and painting walls it's too hot to wear and full of sweat. Will order another one so I can change out as needed. Works well under work clothes.

Don't waste your time!
I am 5'3 petite woman. I ordered a size small and it was huge. Did nothing in the way of support and even if it was smaller I can't imagine this would do anyhting unless it was so tight it was digging into your armpits and cutting off circulation. Don't waste your time with this!

Disappointed
The package was a small transparent open bag. It was raining and the item got wet because of that. Itsmells like if it is used, and it is too large in the back/shoulders, and too tight in the arms. And this is for a woman, cannot imagine in men's arms.. Not happy at all with it.

Mixed opinion
I feel a bit mixed on this brace. On the plus side: it was much more comfortable than other shoulder braces that I have tried. On the negative: I can't take it off on my own. It fits like a bolero jacket, and I honestly wish it was a bit tighter to feel like it added more support. But even as is, I have to have help to take it off, which makes me less likely to use it.
