I used these to move a heavy desk as well as a smaller piece of furniture across hardwood floors, and they worked really well. They glide smoothly and made a noticeable difference compared to moving furniture without them.I also like that they protect the floors and prevent scratching. The size is a bit larger than competitors which is really helpful for those larger pieces of furniture. Good value for the money as I couldn't have moved these furniture pieces without them!These sliders are a simple but really useful product for protecting floors and making furniture easier to move.

I just purchased an older home that had wood floors that were in poor shape. I hired a professional floor sander to resurface them and want protect the floors when I moved in. These floor protectors worked like they should and allowed me to move furniture around without damaging the newly finished floors.

I was getting rocks between my wooden couch feet and my concrete floor. I was scatching/gouging my floors when moving my sectional couch to clean. These furniture sliders and floor protectors have completely stopped the scratching on my floors and have made it a lot easier on my back, and are very durable. They're amazing! They worked so well under my sectional couch that I have also added them under my pantry cabinet, making them very versatile for multiple items. They do add a little height but it's not too noticeable. These are quite large in diameter, but aren't visible as my couch feet are large, and so is my pantry. If you don't have large feet to place the sliders under, I would size down as these are definitely large. I love the felt material on top to help protect my wooden feet and prevent further damage. I love that there are so many in the package and an excellent value for my money! I will buy again.

It worked good, but two things I will comment on. The first is is that the height extenders are plastic and not real steady. They have to be very careful to have it properly seated in the plastic extender with the wheels on the lifter. The other comment I would make is that the bottom of the lifter that actually touches the furniture is smooth and slippery. That's fine for most things but I had to lift a wood support being that was only one inch wide and I didn't have a lot of extra space and I had to put duct tape on the lifter to keep it from slipping off the thing I was lifting. The bottom line is it worked very good for me but I had to do these two things to make sure it was done safely.

getting new carpet installed in living room and didn't want to pay the installers to move my furniture. I have very heavy steel frame electric reclining couches that do not come apart easily, and a very heavy stone electric fireplace. i wanted to try and slide them into my kitchen which is hardwood. I was working by myself with my wife at work. I did not care about the carpet in the living room, since it was getting ripped up anyway, so i slid them across the carpet until i got to the kitchen, which i then put the pads under the feet installing more as i slid it further into the kitchen. all the furniture slid very easily on the hardwood. keep in mind i am "younger" (44 years old), and work a hard manual labor job, so i am capable and no stranger to lifting and moving heavy objects. I still had to lift the furniture a section at a time to put the pads underneath, and it's not like the furniture moves itself. it still required pushing with my body weight because it is very heavy. But without these, the furniture would not slide over the wood without severely gouging it. they definitely served their purpose, and are reusable. the heavy furniture may leave indents in the foam, but that is the idea as it keeps the feet from sliding off, and it does not ruin them or take away from their effectiveness. once in a while i would notice, as i was pushing the furniture, that one would come out. this was because i was lifting slightly while pushing without even knowing it. not a defect of the product at all. when i put everything back after new carpeting was installed, i had gotten some sliders with a smooth plastic bottom, instead of felt, made for carpet and as i slid the furniture onto the carpet, i would swap the felt ones for the plastic ones and they slid easily on the carpet. these products made it possible for me to move all my furniture by myself without hurting myself or having to disassemble anything. definitely worth the money, and a very good value for the amount you get in the package. they are a reputable brand, and I checked menards before getting these and they wanted $20 for 4 of them

These work great under my furniture and makes moving furniture around on my hardwood floors easy. Different size sliders are convenient and they don’t look bad at all. Material allows these to slide easily on floors and they’re durable. I use them both indoors and outdoors so they’re versatile.
