A Notable Leap in the Galaxy Buds Line
Having experienced a range of Samsung's wireless earbuds, from the original Galaxy Buds to the FE and Pro models, I can confidently say the Buds 2 Pro represents a significant step forward. The build quality remains consistent with the familiar design, though the packaging does exude a slightly more premium feel, reminiscent of the original Buds Pro.Where these earbuds truly shine is in their audio performance. The sound quality is exceptional, and the active noise cancellation is remarkably effective. In my experience, they even outperformed my Sony WH4 headphones during air travel, which was a pleasant surprise. A particularly welcome addition is the ability to adjust volume by touching the ear tip, freeing up the side tap controls for other functions.Battery life is adequate, though not a dramatic improvement over previous iterations. Charging is reasonably quick, but not exceptionally so. Overall, the Buds 2 Pro delivers a refined and high-quality listening experience that surpasses its predecessors.

Great, but not perfect!!
These are great earpods from Samsung, they have been well engineered, but like with everything, they have there flaws, the touch pads on the ear pods can be a bit sensitive especially in cold weather, so it wont respond and you have to physically take your phone out and manually call,i know it is the least we can do i suppose, a feature that wouldve been great on here would've been able to voice control calls whilst phone is in lock or power saving mode, then i wouldve given it 5 stars. Other then that the pods look gorgeous feel gorgeous and cute, especially the cute case they come in, well done Samsung and the sound quality is immense and powerful, these things might be small but they are mighty. A big thumps up.

Malfunctioned Just Before One Year Later
These were decent wireless earbuds that had an intuitive user-friendly interface. I would've given it five stars, but after nearly one year of wearing them before they malfunctioned, it knocked it down to one.Upon connecting the wireless headphones for the first time to the Samsung phone, it will automatically download the Wearables app, where it will subsequently download a managing software for the earbuds which the user can then set optimal preferences which best suits their conveniences: touch settings, 360 audio, ambient sound, and ect. One can even set the headphones to verbally remind the user to stretch their neck backwards if they have leaned their head forward for quite some time. The rate of charging is super fast, roughly 22 seconds for every one percent. That's 40 minutes to fully charge the two earbuds, give or take. When charging, the case can even provide real-time information on the battery percentage of the headphones, which will show up on the managing software on the user's samsung phone, provided the case stays open.In the coming weeks before the malfuction, I noticed that the charging case had not been working properly. One of the earbuds would charge to 100 percent whereas the other wouldn't even charge at all. This alternates between earbuds and sometimes I would have to apply some force to keep them firmly in place and properly charge. This wasn't a guaranteed solution, as sometimes it wouldn't work. Other times, the charging case would display erroneous information on the battery percentage of the earbuds. In order to rectify this, I would have to take the earbuds out, then put them both back in to update the information. This should've been my first clue on what was to come. I kind of suspected these buds might've been beginning to malfunction at the time, but somehow I was holding out that the problem wouldn't deteriorate or perhaps might've been fixed with the next Buds2 Pro software update from Samsung. The sound quality was better than expected but can be stifled by various factors. One prominent factor is the protective grate. There is a protective grate in the rubber earbuds, but I had to remove them after a while due to the consistent quick buildup of cerumen, and it was especially difficult cleaning them out each time. As a person who regularly cleans their ears, this didn't stop the grate from accumulating the cerumen regardless, so I pretty much had no choice anyway.Aside from the occasional charging issues, everything went well right up until just days before the first anniversary, the left earbud abruptly malfunctioned. There was no sound coming out from it at all, no matter what I did. I checked the inside of the buds and didn't see any signs of cerumen buildup. I regularly clean the earbuds so I doubt the cause of malfunction was any buildup at all, and furthermore, I never use sharp tools whenever cleaning, so I doubt the cause was from having the speaker prodded at by the business end of a tool.In a twist of irony, just two days before the malfunction, I was contemplating how these earbuds had served me quite well for just almost an entire year, when I didn't have much luck with other earbuds.

Really good buds
I bought these to replace my second pair of Galaxy Buds live and they are just on another level. I avoided in-ear buds for 20 years because my friend had to go A+E to have a silicone sleeve removed from his head and only bought the pro's because they discontinued buds live and all other outer ear buds looked trash or had trash reviews. Firstly the noise cancellation on the pro buds are so good and the function of allowing ambient noise is fantastic and surprisingly useful. The main thing which make the buds so good are the sound quality, buds live were great but the pro's are just sharper, deeper base, clear treble and have great battery life of 6/7 hours at a really high volume.
