TempPro TempAir Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Humidity Monitor

I bought these because my air conditioner thermostat was showing humidity levels that seemed much higher than expected, and I wanted an easy way to verify whether the readings were accurate. These monitors were exactly what I needed. I placed them in different rooms around the house, and they all gave very consistent temperature and humidity readings. That gave me confidence that the issue was with the thermostat rather than the actual humidity in my home. The displays are easy to read from across the room, they're simple to set up, and I like having three units so I can compare conditions throughout the house. They seem accurate, respond quickly to changes, and have been very reliable. If you're trying to troubleshoot your HVAC system, monitor indoor comfort, or simply want an accurate temperature and humidity gauge, I highly recommend these. They've given me the confidence to make informed decisions about my home's climate.

I think this is my 3rd time buying these. Over the years, I just about have one placed in every room of my 100 year old house. All of the exterior walls of the house are plaster, with no insulation, and the windows are single pane leaded glass. After replacing my HVAC system, I wanted to keep tabs on the temperature variations to see what's an old house problem vs a HVAC problem. These units work great that. They're fairly small, have both a stand and a magnetic back. Comparing these units to one another, and to my thermostats, the accuracy appears to be within 1 degree Fahrenheit.

I bought these three not just for the information they provide, but because of the humidity factor which can affect my breathing in my asthma. I purchased several TempPro thermometers, but I didn’t buy any with the high low temperature and high low humidity. If the humidity isn’t right, I have asthma attacks so these are great hygrometers for that reason. I’ve always found this brand to be very efficient and on the money. They came with batteries and the batteries last quite a long time they have a large display so you can see them across the room. They work right away and you just have to push one button on the back to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius, we can use the stand or the magnet. Very well-made items I bought the three pack and plan to get more to put in Barry‘s rooms.

AFter horrible delivery experience with USPS (of course) we finally received the products. They are great. China knows how to make quality electronic products. All read accurately and the humidity function is helpful in the PNW where we live. They have magnets for perching on the fridge or stands for putting on window ledges or on dressers. Basically just insert the batteries (included) and you are good to go. A short press on the back button to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or long press to reset the 24-hour highs and lows for temperature and humidity.

I recently ran into some issues with my central air conditioner. Instead of opting to pay $5-$10k for a fix or replacement, I chose to get through this summer with portable units. I’m beginning to fear that may have been unwise. Anyway, I now have a number of portable air conditioners throughout the house, and I wanted to keep track of the temperature and humidity in each room. That helps me adjust the settings on each unit as needed. Putting these side by side, I got readings that were within a degree or two, if not exact. That’s good enough for me. Nothing seems to be exact anyway. That includes my central HVAC thermostat readings for temperature and humidity as well as the readings from several of my portable units that have remote and APP readings. The bottom line is that these work well enough. You just have to be a little patient and let them acclimate to whatever space you put them it. It takes a while for the readings to adjust to the new space. I thought about getting the ones with Bluetooth, but the reviews seemed to indicate all sorts of problems with them. Fortunately, I have WIFI cameras throughout the house, and I positioned these in locations that are in the view of the cameras. I just check my cameras to keep track of the readings. I know, ingenious! 😁 I ended up getting a couple of more of these, and I would definitely recommend them!

Very reasonably priced hygrometer which is essential to help regulate inside house humidity in the winter. Love the memory feature which shows history of temp & humidity. Tells you when humidifiers need to have wick replaced! Also, places in our house that get too little or too much humidity. Have used these for 5 or 6 years - they are great.

These are terrific. I love the humidity reading and they made me feel better about temperatures in different rooms. 100% recommend.

The product seems to work really well and does seem to be quite accurate. Which is nice! The only thing I would recommend is a stronger magnet on the back. Other than that I'm pleased with my purchase.
