Great affordable, intelligently-designed battery-powered cat toy. Between the two functions your cat is sure to get into one of them.I initially thought the 'blanket' was more like an actual rug in texture, but it's more like a synthetic fiber/plastic. Probably for the best because it makes more noise this way, but it is definitely a 'cheap' material.However for the price, it's still excellent, and the actual mechanisms feel like good quality. It's stood up to abuse from one of my larger cats already.Battery life seems to go on for a while, I didn't charge it that long and he's still played with it for over four hours already. The fact he's played with it this long and not gotten bored or wanted to rest speaks volumes haha, he's having a lot of fun.Assembly and functionality are easy as long as you read over the small included manual. No complaints, satisfied cat.

It took awhile for my cat to warm up to this but now she will ask me to turn it on. I love that it has different speeds and is motion activated. The motor isnt too noisy so it doesn’t interfere with the hubby watching tv in the same room. If she plays at night, I don’t hear it from the other room. The weighted base keeps it in place really well on our tile floor and does pretty good on carpet too. My cat doesn’t play super aggressively, so I’m not sure how well this would hold up if your cat aggressively attacks toys. The rechargeable feature is nice and the charge lasts for a few days without any issues.

I buy my cats TONS of cat toys, they typically lose interest in a matter of hours and never touch the toy again. This is the ONLY toy my cats want to play with consistently, we use it multiple times a day and it is always very entertaining for them. I have a very young cat who is rambunctious and rough with toys, and this one has held up very well. I do wish that it had some kind of grip on the bottom because our cats do slide it across our floors, but other than that it is perfect and I recommend it for people who have cats that aren’t interested in their toys!

My cat loves this! I love this! I have a 16mo old cat who has LOTS of energy, after work, taking care of my kids, and walking the dog, sometimes I’m just too tired to also play with the new cat. Him being nocturnal, my kids play with him during the day, but his energy is stored to come out at night. The nights I am too tired, this guardian of a babysitter comes out! He loves the multi function of the butterfly and the chaser. I love that the batter life is amazing! There has been a week plus and I haven’t turned this on, and it still has some charge.

I bought this for cat's adoptaversary last week. My cat really likes this toy. The different speeds are great. I like the multiple modes. Cat prefers trying to grab the feathers beneath the blanket but also will play with the fluttering butterfly. One morning I noticed a small crack where the butterfly pole meets the base so the butterfly will still fly around but it's touching the blanket; I think the cat actually might prefer it that way. The toy sometimes randomly stops and the cat gets confused but I think that happens after 5 minutes of not touching it and he likes to stare at the moving pieces sometimes.

I was hoping my cat would like it, but even better...HE LOVES IT! He plays with it every day. It's great because you can put it on the mode where it stays on for a couple of hours (it's not constantly active) and if he walks over and starts to play with, it will start up again! I usually turn it on for him before I leave for work, knowing he can play on his own and have a great time! (Loved it so much that I bought one for my niece's cat too... it was and continues to be a huge hit!!)

I work from home and have a very clingy kitten who constantly wants my attention while I work. As much as I’d love to play with her non stop, that’s just not possible. I bought this toy hoping that it would help distract her and it has been a game changer. My kitten played with this thing for an hour and a half straight after I set it up. It’s become her new favorite toy. In the 4 days we’ve had it I haven’t had to recharge it at all, the directions are very clear, and I appreciate how many different settings the toy has. The only note I will make: my kitten likes chewing on chords and I’ve already noticed her trying to chew on the thin wire used for the butterfly attachment. Hopefully this won’t be an issue, but I do wish the chord was a little thicker and more durable. Overall I’m thrilled with this purchase, it’s 100% worth the price.

I was worried my cat would get bored of this toy after a few days and never play with it like he has witg the many toys I have bought him but not this toy. It has kept him and his sister interested and playing for at least 10-15 minutes at a time. Mind you, my cats are older, about 8 years old. As cats get older, I have noticed they're not as playful and more interested in just being by me which concerned me because I felt bad that they were not being physically or mentally active. This toy has changed that. Hopefully I can find more toys they're interested in.
