Thanks for your interested in AYAMAYA pop up tent. Here is the video>>https://www.amazon.com/vdp/6e0cdfd25e904d0092e9aa86d69bbf64 You need to fold "o" and "8" twice during the packing. Don't afraid to use your strength to fold it, the poles are quite firm, you won't break it. It is maybe a little hard to re-pack it down for the first time to use it, but onece you get the point (put more force), you will find it is so easy to use it. Hope this will help you!
