## Description

Promenade in the Park Barbie is INCREDIBLE!!!!! She has light brown hair, blue eyes, rosy cheeks and a beautiful shade of pink lip paint. Her mouth is closed. The skirts during this time have become slimmer and more tailored versus the victorian times whe women wore large sweeping skirts and hoops. Ornate hats are an important part of the outfit and mattel did a beautiful job with this one. It looks like a black velveteen with white roses and feathers on the back that accent her long sleeve turtleneck blouse and her double strand of faux pearls and dangling faux pearl earrings with black accents. The walking suit has an ebony scroll trim, a satin sash, boots, gloves, and last but not least a matching parasol.

Takes me out of reality in my life to happy memories of when I owned two original Barbie dolls that were passed on to cousins when I left for college, (without my knowledge). The face of this Barbie is exactly how my memory holds her. I have to admit that now I want to collect all of the reproductions of original Barbie dolls from the early 1960’s.

Beautiful! Prettier than expected. Takes me out of reality in my life to happy memories of when I owned two original Barbie dolls that were passed on to cousins when I left for college, (without my knowledge). La poupée est parfaite, mais une grande étiquette est collée sur le transparent de la boîte. Dommage pour une poupée de collection que je préfère laisser dans sa boîte pour la regarder à l'abri de la poussière. J'ai réussi à l'enlever sans abîmer avec du décolle étiquettes de chez starwax.
