They don't know how to use honey so that it won't crystalize and then they blame the producer. Yes, real honey crystallizes... Each honey crystallizes differently (it depends on the type of honey, its type and the method of storage). The amount of glucose affects the speed and ease of crystallization, therefore rapeseed honey crystallizes and changes into "butter" the fastest. My honey didn't crystalize as I simply know how to use it... You can't buy a vacuum cleaner, restrict the oxygen intake into the engine and then complain that it broke and it's faulty. I feel sorry for the beekeeper that he has to deal with all these uneducated people spreading bad rumors about his great product. Please educate yourself guys and then submit your reviews...

They don't know how to use honey so that it won't crystalize and then they blame the producer. Yes, real honey crystallizes...
