I have had a case of the slow gut for years. I used to blame it on the pain killers I was taking but when I quit taking them a year ago, nothing changed. Doctors called it IBSc and threw mirilax and other toxic laxatives at me but none of them worked very well. No matter how much water I drank with them or fiber in my diet, my bowel movements were still dry and infrequent. Then a friend told me I could be magnesium deficient. Guess what??? She may have been right! I started off taking the maximum 6 capsules the first day and the next morning, I actually went! The following day I took 4 and noticed a lot of gas and rumbling. I took 2 the following morning and (TMI)....wow...I thought the toilet would never flush! I knew I had alot of waste in me but...my gosh. It was solid too...not diarrhea! If you suffer from chronic constipation, you know how miserable and sluggish you feel. Today I feel lighter and more energy than I've felt in years! I stepped on the scale and couldn't believe, I lost almost 3 lbs. Not fat but waste clogging my gut! First first time in years, that lower belly pooch is GONE. I will definitely buy this again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!

I agree completely with all the other positive reviews of this product. I can easily say that it has changed my life. I've had digestive problems, and IBS (swinging back and forth from diarrhea to constipation all the time) all my life. I'm not young, and over the years I've tried everything, including very expensive alternative clinical therapies, various diets, all types of detoxing and fasting, etc. This one product has taken care of the problem, simply, easily, no harmful side-effects, and no great expense. I take it every day now, with a good amount of water. I also highly recommend drinking aloe vera juice every day (not gel). Due to these two things, my life is entirely better. I had adopted a healthy diet years ago, but never felt much benefit from it, because of the relentless problems with digestion and elimination. Now I feel clear, have more energy, better skin, more awake mind, better sleep -- too many improvements to list. It sounds like hype to attribute so much improvement to one product, but it's just a fact. It's a simple supplement, easy to take, good for you in more than one way, and cannot possibly cause any harm. My conclusion: hit that button and order some. You'll be glad. Very high quality.

I have used these for a couple years now. My holistic dr recommended them to me. There is no belly aches like many cause. When I read reviews they don't work, I know they are probably not drinking enough water. This is key! I have lacked on water, and results are way slower. So drink the water your body needs. Take them daily for 30 to 60 days as directed. When you colon has broke everything loose it will look like you sandblasted the toilet. Maybe this is TMI but this is when you know your colon is cleaned. This product is the most gentle out there. After the cleanse you should be going with ease several times a day. I usually do a cleanse 2 times a year. I have never got anything free or affiliated with the company or sellers

We purchased two bottles, one for me and one for my husband. For reference, I do not have trouble going to the bathroom, he does. I was the first to take the capsules. I took my first dose in the morning. By afternoon I was having some of the worst stomach cramps of my life. I was doubled over and holding to anythingin the bathroomi could find! Needless to say, it does indeed clean out the system. All after one dose. That's all it took for me. I never took another one. My husband, on the other hand, could take several doses a day and his day carried on as usual. It did help him go, but without the cramps it gave me. I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but how your body handles it is different for each person.

Bought this product after hearing my dad talk highly of it. I am 19 with PCOS and have never been able to lose weight with anything due to it didn't lose with portion control, cutting out starches, sugars and high carbs. I even went through 2 rounds of insanity workout dripping sweat....nada. I heard about garcinia cambogia and started taking that at 80% hca by nature's design. Within a week I was seeing so much change I literally stood infront of the mirror and cried. I ended up however reaching a peak and didn't lose as much as I wanted to. I was told it works better if you do a cleanse first so I bought this ^_^ taking 6 a day until the bottle is gone then I will start on my new bottle of garcinia.

Been using this product for years with great results. Unfortunately I discovered the ingredients have been changed. They’re now using different ingredients and this site reflects the old ingredients ones in the Q&A. How dishonest or maybe a knockoff. They now produce 0 results. I thought it was me, until I looked at the container of my older purchase. Sadly I couldn’t return these as I took them on a long vacation. I was gone over the time of the return by date. Moving on to another product. Buyer Beware!

Works like a charm, thank goodness for this product. Prescript. meds came with unwanted side-effects; including experiencing an uncomfortable backed-up system. Pricey product, yet grateful for this. Worked when nothing else OTC recommended by traditional HCP seemed to work. Gentle relief, plus no harsh ingredients and no need to swallow an unpleasantly flavored OTC product. Highly recommend this Oxy-Cleanse Capsules.
