My houseplants liked the light and definitely grew taller under it. It's great that the pole extends so I could make it taller as my plants grew! I bought one of these originally for my Monstera and it worked so well I went and bought a second one to add in to my rubber tree to help them grow even taller than they originally were 10 out of 10 I would buy them again for the price and overnight delivery is phenomenal. You can’t go wrong on the prime deals. Super easy to install and you can adjust brightness very easily. I like to switch the brightness every once in a while just so my plants look at it like regular light.
