What should I do if the product doesn't work?

Please check if the battery of the candle is loose, and if there are any objects around the candle that block the candle from absorbing sunlight. If there are no such issues, it may be the candle battery has run out of power and needs to be replaced.

How to replace the battery?

After the battery life is exhausted, unscrew the lid at the bottom of the candle and install 1.2V Ni-MH AA rechargeable battery to reuse it. (please do not replace it with ordinary batteries).

Where are candles suitable for placement?

Candles are placed in a sunny and unobstructed area, receiving 10-12 hours of light per day. They will be lit longer and brighter at night.

Why does each light contain only one battery, even though the battery compartment has two slots? Is something missing?

Nothing is missing. Each solar-powered candle requires only one 1.2V AA rechargeable battery to operate correctly. The two slots are for manufacturing commonality – you simply need to install one battery, and the second slot can be left empty.
