The claw is a lot small than I thought it would be, but it works for my situation, so I happy with the product so far.

Bought for my boat and use to clamp the shaft of my Min Kota trolling motor. Fit is perfect, high quality, holds up in saltwater.

My electric wheelchair has oval shaped framing so many of the umbrella holders that were made for round frames, do not work. I have used the other type of clamps on chairs and know they don’t always hold things very securely. I also own the 1 inch version of these products and they do work. However, I prefer the 1.5 inch version because it is even more stable. These are easy to adjust and hold better than any other product I have ever tried. I currently have two set ups on my wheelchair. One to hold an umbrella and one to hold a mister on my top rail. They may be a little pricey, but the way they work, makes it worth it. Since you have to purchase a number of different parts depending on what you’re trying to set up, I just wish they would offer some sort of discount for purchasing multiple parts. There are non-aluminum options at a slightly cheaper, price point, but I haven’t tried those. I personally opted for the aluminum fabrication.

I used this to make mountable head lights for my boat. The clamps are solid and don’t move.

Fits perfect on handlebars of Snowmobile

It becomes hard to open/close after being in a salt water marine for a few months. I have to clean with WD 40 and apply a lot of grease. No such issue for RAM Mount claws.
