What a great skillet for the money. Nothing sticks to it and it washes up like a dream.

Love this pan . Works well. Just don’t let it sit with cooked food. Rinse right away to keep food from sticking.

This has been one of my favourite purchases of 2024. I was in the market for another pan due my usual ones having scratches and cracks in them, and I'm glad I chose this one to replace them. It has a hexagonal shaped bottom, and it does recommend that you don't go over low or medium heat with this. I have done so by just a bit over medium and I don't see anything wrong with it yet, but I do suggest to follow their guideline. It fries up burgers very nicely while also not leaving you with a bunch of stuff to scrape off the bottom afterwards. It also comes with a top to it, but it does not get hot on the handle of the pan or the top that the pan comes with, so that's good. The one thing I do have an issue with is that when you put oil in it, it will flow to the sides and won't coat the bottom. All in all, it's a great pan for those who need a replacement and I would endorse this.

Finally I can make scrambled eggs in a non stick pan that doesn't stick to the bolts. Clean up like a dream. Just be sure to follow the rules, don't heat the pan empty, don't leave on a hot burner after cooking, and let cool before you wash it. Be careful not to use a high flame as the handle can burn because it is wood.

This is my second purchase of Michelangelo cookware. I also have the 1 qt pot. This cookware is lightweight, but does a great job for whatever recipe you have. It heats quickly and evenly, and easy to clean up. The items came packaged well. I highly recommend this seller.

I was so excited to get this pan. I love the look of it and the fact that it has no Teflon chemicals. Unfortunately, I am not willing to devote the amount of time and care to a frying pan as required by this one. I’ve had it for just over three months. I’ve never used any metal utensils on it, only plastic and silicone, and have only used the soft side of the sponge to wash it, and yet it is covered in scratches. Not to mention that any charring you hope to achieve in your cooking leaves it stained like this, even if you wash it right away or soak it overnight. Granted, that could just be due to its light color (looks pretty, but never again). I’m just sad that I can’t find a decent pan that is both toxin-free and effective as non-stick. In conclusion, if you have the time and energy to “baby” your cookware, then by all means, get this pan, otherwise save yourself the trouble and the cash.

Cooking is fine the problem is Cleaning the GROOVES in the design. Absolutely horrible. I have to rub and rub in all directions to get baked on food out of the grooves. Total fail and its going to out of my kitchen .

It's the perfect size for my smaller cooking needs. All new non-stick pans are great in the beginning but this one looks like it is high quality enough to carry on with that great performance. I chose this one because of the glass lid.

Love these pans. Quick delivery too. Pans clean easily , nothing sticks and they look great, What’s not to like ?

The middle of pan is higher than its sides. If it was flat less oil would be needed and better for pan life time. Hope next models won't have this issue because otherwise it's great.
