Great tape for home gym stuff....
I bought this to use as grip tape on some of my home gym equipment. 3 uses on calf implements and once as just a strip of caution tape on my Powerblock dumbbell stand. I really like the look of the yellow and black and that it really blends in and looks like it was made for all my equipment. A. Calf block: I have a very nice calf block (best one I could find)....but it was still a tad slick. A lot of them are...just kind of the nature of the beast. It had a small diamond plate design aluminum plate top on it and so I put this tape on the edge where my feet eventually slip off. It's like night and day. Where my feet used to slip off around like 11-15 reps....I can easily double that to around 30 before I need to adjust my feet for standing and donkey heel raises. B. On my Nautilus seated calf machine: The foot plate on this machine is second to none....and admittedly my feet never really slipped...but I thought I'd put some grip tape on it. And it feels a lot better and grippier...haha....as it should. My feet really feel glued to the foot plate now. C. Tibia Fibia machine: This machine is for the front of your calves and has some diamond plate on the back where you put your heels. Was it really slick and in need of tape? Idk...maybe not...but put some of this tape on their and it really locks your feet in while using it. D. Powerblock dumbbell stand: I put this on the bottom of the stand more for looks and as a warning sign. You can put your foot on there if you need extra grip to lift the dumbbells off. I've never needed to step on it yet....but I think it looks cool and professional. I only use most of these items once a week in my home gym....and it has worn like it's brand new. In other words...no signs of discernable wear. So I can't speak to it being in a commercial gym and getting used alllll day everyday. It's also inside in my apartment in a temperature controlled environment. The adhesion is great....the grit is very sharp and ideal for my needs....so it's really been perfect for me. Grateful I got it as it's been suuuuper useful and has really upped my home gym game. Which was pretty much already on point to begin with...hahah. Hope this helps!

You have to buy this affordable way to make stairs or walkways safer.
I installed the COSIMIXO 4" x 35ft black and yellow anti-slip tape on a set of outdoor steps that tended to get slippery when wet, and it made a noticeable difference. The tape has a gritty, 80-grit traction surface designed to improve grip and help prevent slips on stairs or ramps. Applying it was straightforward. I just cleaned the surface, cut the tape to the size I needed, peeled the backing, and pressed it down. The adhesive feels strong and forms a waterproof bond on smooth surfaces like wood, tile, metal, or concrete. The black-and-yellow design is also helpful because it makes the edge of the step more visible, especially in lower light. After using it for a while, it’s held up well outdoors and still grips solidly even after rain. Overall, it’s a simple and affordable way to make stairs or walkways safer. If you have slippery steps, ramps, or even a garage entrance, this tape does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Perfect for steps and slip and falls
For my purpose it was perfect. sticks well and prevents slip and fall. If it lasts through the seasons I will be very happy with it. If not I will come back and give an update.

Working well
I installed this on bare wooded steps leading from the house to the garage. Installation was easy, the tape is very tread grippy and so far sticks well to the wood.

Great
Super sticky on the sticky side , moderately abrasive on the side meant to be abrasive or textured. Colors are good and visible. Easy to cut to size. Best to get it in place the first time , very difficult to try and pull back up to reposition if needed, so buy more than you think you actually need. I was attaching it to metal scaffolding planks that had been painted a week before I applied this product. Love the finish product and gives you secure traction but doesn't trip you up. Very low profile considering its intended purpose.

Returned so cant give complete review
Giving it five stars even tho i returned it because it was too industrial looking for use inside a home. From what i could tell without opening the package, it seemed to have a nice no-slip texture & would definitely be easy to see even in dim light. Cant vouch for durability or ease of installation unfortantely.

Good Visual and anti-skid material.
Provides a great extra margin of visual safety in addition to the anti-slip. Product has a good adhesive and can be cut to fit using utility knife or HD type scissors.

Not sticky for outside
Didn’t stay on after 3 days and 40 degrees. Poor adhesive and stickiness.

Good quality and great adhesion
It's a great quality tape with excellent adhesion. It's not quite as vibrant yellow as I would have liked but not a huge concern. It's quite grippy and does the trick.

Excellent traction with this tape
This product is very good. It provides great traction on slippery stairs. Very easy to install. Reasonably priced compared to big box stores.

Safety tape on stairs
I bought this yellow and black safety tape to put on outdoor stairs as winter is coming and I don't want to slip going down 6 steps. My son and I are very impressed as this tape has been down for 2 months and doesn't show any signs of lifting. I will buy again if I need more elsewhere. Great stuff, glad I purchased it.

PSA glue released after 3 days ☹️
I was initially very satisfied with this products adhesion but 3 days later I went back to look at it and it had completely released and fallen off. Clean, dust free freshly painted with latex paint surface, hardened and cured. Dunno?

Good quality - sticks firmly in the correct condition’s.
Brought this to put in the inside door of my car so my wife with limited mobility can get traction with her feet and help herself in. It’s between the door trim and the floor. First attempt it came off in a day.Second time cleaned all services and gently warmed glue with a hair dryer. Placed on firmly and no issues has remained in place. It’s on a plastic surface so won’t damage paintwork when removed. Seems to be a good supply as I have large quantity left and the surface is course without being overly abrasive. 4 “ wide - so more than enough for steps etc. I found it good quality.
