We used parts of this set to build a braking mechanism for an adult-sized gravity racer. It wasn't a perfect solution for us, but it did work well. The pedals are sturdy and well-made.

Worked well

Shipping was fast. Items look and feel quality. Included instruction are not helpful. It would have been nice for them to designate which way the spring was supposed to go. If you are wondering there is a closed loop side to the spring that the provided bolts go through to secure it to the pedal. I don’t need up welding a few washers to the end of a 1” price of conduit with the spring in the middle. Seems to work well. Cable provided is quality but make sure you look at your throttle setup on your motor it most likely will need some additional adapters or fabrication. All said it is going to work well with my application.

Ordered these because I needed a break pedal and throttle cable for my kart. I was surprised at the quality of these parts. I had to do a little modification to my frame, due the the different mounting hole size and spring configuration but was still an easy task with the proper tools and mind set. I will definitely order these again if I ever need another set. The pedals are constructed from thick stock. Cable is sturdy and easy to install. Springs have the right amount of tension for what I wanted/ needed. Plus it came with hardware for the pedels.
