My passion for healthy, home baked food goes way back to my childhood. Growing up in Glendalough, Co.Wicklow, in Ireland, my family had a Tearooms, Guesthouse and Antique shop. Everything we served was home baked by my mother  in her Stanley range. She started at dawn every morning, filling the range with logs and turf to bake delicious soda breads, scones, cakes, biscuits, jams and her famous homemade lemonade. The most wonderful aroma regularly wafted through every nook and cranny in the house. To this day, the smell of freshly baked food evokes happy memories of the Tea Rooms. Delicious homemade granola and muesli  are my favourite foods and I have been making variations of them for many years. Recently, a friend with a gluten intolerance stayed with us.  We spent a whole day, experimenting (chatting, laughing and drinking endless cups of tea !) and  trying out new flavours, tasting lots of yummy combinations of fruits, honey, vanilla, nuts and seeds until we created the very best granola recipes. She was delighted to eat what she called ‘real food’ again. She gave some  Granola to her coeliac friend. Within days  the word spread and people were asking me to make it for them. Like Mum, my hobby has now turned into my business. I'm so happy to make luxury, gluten free food affordable, so that everyone can enjoy, with their friends and family. This is more like muesli with seeds.
