Straight in the bin they went no messing about. I cannot stress enough about how these might effect your mental health. The amount of caffeine in these pills is no joke either! Please read everything carefully and make sure you understand what you are taking. I just wouldn't like anyone else feeling how I have felt today. Please be careful. If you don't drink coffee at all like me then it's obviously going to have some effect. But surely not like this! Just be warned.
