I take collagen in a capsule form as it is easier and more convenient to take than powder especially when travelling. As someone in their 50s, I take it specifically for skin health and brightness. Marine collagen is great for this and the fact that these capsules also contain Vitamin c and Vitamin E as well as Hyaluronic acid which are also beneficial to the skin, these really are the complete package. UK made product which is a bonus. I noticeably feel my skin feels firmer and brighter when taking marine collagen so you cant go wrong if you add this to your skin and overall general health routine.

I chose this collagen as I’ve been looking for one on the market which is both affordable and is not full of other nasties and bulking agents. Since taking this I’ve noticed a vast improvement in my hair ~ it seems much thicker and shinier. I’m excited to see the long term benefits but can so far highly recommend.
