    Thin, very sturdy and durable, great grip

These hangers are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something thin but sturdy. I had tried using the very popular velvet covered plastic hangers you see everywhere now, but they kept falling apart; snapping in half or the hook would pop off. I obviously needed something sturdier but we have a lot of clothes we are trying to fit in small closets so I wanted something as thin as possible that wouldn’t take up a lot of space on the hanging rod. These hangers are solid metal, so they are plenty sturdy without being thick, and they are coated in shiny black rubber which makes them have very good grip for even sheer, lightweight materials, pieces with wide collars that hang near the ends of the hanger, or those with thin straps.  I was willing to compromise on grip if I could get something that would satisfy my other needs, but with these I didn’t have too. Have and would highly recommend.
