This new grip was a bit challenging to get on, but after watching several YouTube videos showing other folks installing the grip, I was able to get it done without significant effort or trouble. I chose to use the hot water bath to soften up the grip and make it more pliable to get it on and did not use the included plastic strips for installation (as others said it was not necessary). The grip is giving me a softer, yet firmer (less slippery) feel and helps me not have such a sweaty grip on my paddle after several games. Very happy with the grip and will purchase again. I used the Hesacore overgrip tape on top of the paddle as well.

Perfect. Great grip and I didn’t have to go to the store. Work perfectly because it thickened up the handle for my smaller hand and stopped the vibration from the ball. No more pain in the elbow or forearm. Game changer. The color was perfect for my paddle. I also wrapped it for a better grip.

I was having elbow pain after my sessions, I read some of the benefits of this grip so I decided to try it, Amazon shipped overnight and installation was easy using the plastic strips and wetting the handle as directed in the instructions, start the insertion process in an angle while holding the grip open with your thumbs, it worked great for me, make sure you over wrap it tight. I got the size medium and it really has made a difference, my elbow did not hurt after my last session and the vibration is reduced greatly, finally the grip you get is so comfortable and secure, this product really works!

For me, I love these grips. You do need an overwrap on them but I can hold onto the paddle much easier and always know my hand position on the paddle. Some people like me love them and others hate them. You just have to try it and see if it is for you. You do have to have patience and strong fingers to get them on.

I absolutely love this Hesacore pickleball paddle grip! It was easy to install, and the ergonomic design makes a noticeable difference in comfort and control. My paddle feels much more secure in my hand, even during long matches. The grip has excellent traction without feeling sticky, and it’s helped reduce hand fatigue while improving my confidence on the court. This is one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my paddle, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more comfortable, controlled grip.

Couple things after playing with this grip: 1.) It’s a replacement for your original grip so you’ll need to tear off the grip that came on your paddle. Installation of the Hesacore grip was not hard just took patience and 5 minutes. 2.) You need to put on an over grip for this to work properly. I don’t have a tennis background so over grips were foreign to me but they are amazing and I wish I had used them sooner. 3.) It will add weight to the handle. Which changes the swing feel. I added a lead strip to the top of my paddle and I think it helped return the original swing. But my paddle is now definitely heavier. 4.) I really like how my paddle feels and plays with this grip. I feel almost no vibration on impact of the ball. I no longer find myself death gripping the paddle at random times. Every time I grab the paddle it feels right and I don’t ever have to adjust. It’s a different feel for sure but it took under 1 game to get adjusted and I’m a big fan.

I like the secure feeling of the textured grip. Applying the new grip is a challenge despite the directions. The material is more delicate than expected when stretched to fit the handle, and it will tear. I would suggest this is a two-person job to make the process easier. Actual play is fantastic, and I do recommend it. Definitely watch the many videos available.

This is a great product! It's a bit difficult to put on, find a youtube video before you put it on. I've used it a few times on the courts, and I love it. Helps with positioning the paddle in my hand and I feel it really does help with absorbing the shock. Highly recommend.

I don’t think this is the original and the ad should say replica because the original one feels different. I just install it and wrap with overgrip
