Pay attention to the shift fork. - When you're installing this kit, pay close attention to the orientation of the shift fork, the shaft, and the c clip that retains the fork. The fork is not symmetrical and should be installed the same way it came out. I've had zero issues, very happy with the upgrade. For lubrication, I used white synthetic grease with ptfe. These gears paired with the purple Injora motor are extremely quiet. For the most part, all you hear is the tires moving on the ground.
