I lost the drain plug (small part which is used to stop water from flowing out) of the tub and was thinking of ways to get that because it was a small but valuable part and its really hard to get spare parts in the times of e-commerce. Without hope, I contacted LuvLap. A customer service rep Mr Saurav Sau was assigned and he quickly asked a photo post which he sent the part, without any charges through courier. Really impressed by the quality of service provided by him and appreciate the brand for having the spare parts for customers otherwise I would have to discard this. This tub can be used for newborns and toddlers both because of the different settings given. 10/10 to Mr Saurav Sau and 10/10 to LuvLap for the customer service. This has helped me gain confidence in the brand as its very normal to have broken or missing part for the kids items..
