I didnt win the Bakeoff- but it's not the pan's fault.
Nice tart pan - bottom comes out (pushes up) to make the tart removal easy. I used it for our easter bakeoff - made a fancy tart - I didnt win but that is not because of the new pan ! ha ha ha.

Great 9” Tart Pan for Easy Baking and Cleanup
I use tart pans regularly, and this 9” round one has been great. The size works well for many recipes, and the removable bottom makes it easier to handle and serve. It bakes evenly and feels sturdy when transferring in and out of the oven. Cleanup is simple, which I really appreciate. One tip: I like to prebake the shell, remove it from the pan, then fill and finish baking to avoid any spills.

Great pan and easy to use
Got this to make a tart for Easter. I had never made a tart or used a pan like this, but it was really easy to use and the perfect size. Tart baked well and evenly and came out with perfect edges! Really good quality for the price!
