Great investment
At first when I received it, I was a little worried my box was so beat up, but I don’t think that had anything to do with the seller probably the shipping companies beat up my box a bit, but when I opened it, everything was fine. My banner was bent a little bit and I couldn’t get it straightened back out and the thing that uses to hold the pole to the banner was broken just one of them but I went to the hardware store and bought some heavy duty, double-sided, tape, and it fixed it up just fine. It was a little difficult at first putting it together because I was afraid I was going to break it but when we finally got our rhythm and got it folded right on the sides. It worked wonderfully it’s quite sturdy to be so lightweight excellent investment in my small business for tradeshow events.

Excellent Customer Service
The item is as described. For the most part it serves the purpose. Simple design and extremely portable. Construction and durability could be slightly better but overall decent product. However, customer service excellent and extremely helpful!

Practical and Functional, But not of Good Quality
In general, I am satisfied with it. It has many positive qualities, but there are also some aspects that could be improved.First and foremost, I must emphasize that the product is functional; it fulfills its purpose effectively and has proven to be useful in various situations. Additionally, its design is attractive and seamlessly integrates into any supermarket, which is a plus. However, the quality is not the best; we have to handle it with extreme care to prevent some of its parts from breaking. In summary, it continues to fulfill its primary function and has added value to my business.

Bought Three & I LOVE Them, Art Dimensions Different Than the Description Here
I really wish I could rate the item and the description separately. LOVE the counter (I bought 3) and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and how sturdy the counter is when it's assembled! But... the dimensions they give for the artwork ARE NOT CORRECT. Lucky for me I print my own banners so it didn't cost me much to reprint the 1st of my 3 graphics but if you're ordering banners from a sign shop, I'd recommend getting these delivered and take them to the sign shop BEFORE they print anything. Otherwise, the size discrepancies will cost you money. It's a big enough difference that it's not just a matter of trimming excess, etc.The picture is a little misleading as far as the graphic being able to wrap around the counter like that too. If you attach the graphic after assembly it will be fine, but the counter sides are one continuous piece and folds in 3 sections for travel. Even if you used really flexible material, you have 2 options: (A) Attach the graphic so it fits well when folded and risk bulging when you open it up (like the binding on a hardcover book when you open the cover), or (B) attach the graphic to fit well when assembled and let it stretch when you fold it (gotta use something stretchy if you're doing it this way). But, even if your material is stretchy, the ink in most cases will not be (unless your printer uses latex inks).Either way... your sign shop will not be able to use any paper-like substrate so it's likely to cost you a little extra to be able to wrap the graphic like that. ** It's probably worth it to spend that extra money to do a true wrap around, especially if you will use the counter a lot..Especially since these ARE very sturdy and will likely last you several years if you don't abuse them. I'm swapping my graphics several times a year so keeping the cost of materials low is very important to me.I decided in the end to split my graphics into 3 panels so there will be a white seam showing on the very edges. I decided this was a better option than risking any damage by wrapping any other way.And before you start designing any artwork, here are the ACTUAL BANNER DIMENSIONS.Header: 30.25 x 11"Front Panel: 32.25 x 32.125"Side Panels: 16.125 x 32.125"I subtracted ~1" from the height on the counter because the acrylic panel is a pretty tight fit into the counters and shelves when you assemble it, and if your graphic goes to the edge of that panel, you WILL damage the edges and it will be harder to assemble the next time. So, to be safe I took 1/2" off the top and bottom, which is fine because there's a 1" lip all the way around. And, there is 2" of the counter panel that wraps around the back that I think they were adding to the width of the side panels. I just left those blank since they're in the back anyway.Hopefully this is helpful to anyone considering this counter. All-in-all, it's a great counter. Good quality, very lightweight, easy to transport, and the panel overhead for your logo is a really nice touch. That's a pretty unique feature and pretty important when you're in an exhibit hall surrounded by behemoths with big budgets. Just make sure to talk to your sign shop to make sure they know what you want to of with these.I'll post photos when I get these all set up at my venue next week. Pretty stoked to see them side by side!

more than adequate
Had the kiosk since SEPT 2019. Used as few times per year. Not the most sturdy, but it has not broken, and its easy to pack up and put away into a square, thin zippered bag for easy storage. We print off vinyl vendor banners and using velcro, attach whatever we want to the top and bottom portions.Sure, there are more sturdy versions. but it is only being used 6-10 times per year.NOTE: This kiosk is not meant for everyday use.VERY PLEASED.
