Perfect for ongoing postpartum
I bought these because I have extremely sensitive skin and didn’t want to have to wear depends or adult diapers for the whole 4+ weeks after having my baby. I transitioned to these after about 10 days, and I am so thankful I did. They didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, they were up for the job, and performed well. Yes, There’s sometimes a swishing sound from clothes moving against the garment, but nobody else seemed to notice. The label is printed onto the fabric, and washed away in the first wash, so I’ve taken a silver sharpie to mark them since I have 2 different sizes. I originally ordered a 3x but found it to be a bit constricting at the leg holes, so I ordered 2 more packs in 4x. I’m 5’5” and 235lbs (bottom heavy) now, but I started wearing them at 242lbs. They don’t feel any thicker than regular full-coverage underwear. They did not leak through the absorbent section, but the coverage towards the front could stand to come up another inch or two. These did not ride up or shift, and were very comfortable. I got the black/magenta/purple pack, and the colors are vibrant even after several washes. To sum it up, if you have a sensitive bottom and react to normal disposable period or incontinence products, your bottom will thank you for buying these!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE!! THEY WORK!!
LOVE THESE!! I got these to try them out to get away from using the pads, and these undies have SAVED THE DAY!! I have bought many of these because of how great they do and I have completely stopped using the pads and have not had any issues at all. In fact, since ditching the pads, the leaks have actually stopped, as well. Not sure how that happened, but no more irritation and no more annoyances of bulk down under. Whomever designed these... THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 1/9/26 ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR THESE!! I have worn these every day since my first review, washed them in the washing machine on DELICATE CYCLE each time, and hung them to air dry. Elastic is still holding wonderfully, they do not ride down, and for those uncontrollable days, THESE UNDIES ARE A TRUE TO THEIR WORD LIFESAVER!! CANNOT give a higher recommendation for these to escape the pads. 15 STARS!!

UPDATED REVIEW
I was extremely hopeful with the good reviews that these would work well for the slight incontinence after having a baby (you know the little dribble when you sneeze or cough) but they really didn't work at all. I might as well have been wearing regular underwear! Although they appear well made and are very comfortable, they offer no actual protection against that type of moisture. I would not hold onto any hope of these offering any protection against ANY amount of menstrual protection. Very disappointed. (One star for incontinence use) I was not comfortable returning used underwear, so I gave them a try as mentral underwear, and they work OK for super light bleeding. They work for the spotting but during "regular" flow it's just a back in for leaks. Still feels like a lot of the moisture gets through and doesn't feel very secure so I find myself constantly checking to see if it's noticeable. Still comfortable to wear, no shrinking and they fit as expected after several washes. Clean easily in the wash, no staining. (Three stars for back up period protection) I think if I was going to spend this kind of money on this kind of product again I would be trying another brand. **UPDATE** I am really trying to move away from other products, so I took a long time reading about all the brands on here and reading soooo many reviews, I ultimately decided to order more of these (it's been about 2 years since my last review) They have changed them since the last time I ordered, they are now solid black rather than having the grey lining inside, they are now more absorbent and I feel more comfortable using them solo on light days, however I have noticed a lot of recent reviews refer to a "swooshing sound" when walking and that wasn't the case before so I was confused, but these new ones do actually make a sound! Lol it's like the sound swim suit bottoms make.

Not too great
Pros - sizes are accurate. Material is soft. The cut is pretty comfortable for high waisted underwear. Cons - did not offer good protection. Soft material captured so much fuzz from a single washing. Purchased these to wear during a short trip of concerts and a lot of driving. I had a bad case of bronchitis and was still working through my medication when it was time to go to this trip I had been planning for months. Being hit unexpectedly with coughing fits meant I could have some bladder leakage with little way of stopping it from happening. All in all I spent 20 hours in the car and about 12 hours of standing over the 3 days I was traveling. So access to the bathroom was a concern. And knowing I was drinking extra fluids for my medication meant I had no idea the level of leakage I could expect. I purchased the always discreet bladder diapers and their maxi pads and wore the diaper and had a maxi pad tucked into these underwear to basically have a line of defense against leaks that I could take off in a public bathroom and not need to replace with new products that I would have or think about how to carry around (most concerts don’t let you take in purses so I had no way to bring extra disposable products short of holding in hand) Anyway - I went to bed one night in just the maxi pad and these underwear and I had a very minor leak that went over the top of the pad and immediately through the underwater. I have other brands of period underwear that have more protection but these said bladder support so I bought them and it was sad how poorly they worked. Wearing all the products, these underwear were comfortable all day in both leggings and jeans. I felt it was not noticeable I had on any special bladder products too. I washed the pair of underwear with two small blankets that were used for an emergency spill in my new car (ever have your purse puncture a hole in a carbonated beverage?). Under normal circumstances I would have not washed these items together but traveling I just grabbed anything to make a small load. The underwear are completely covered in fuzz. The outside is significantly worse. Im quite concerned about how much fuzz could transfer to the skin from them. Which is the last place I’d love to worry about that- esp knowing these are supposed to collect moisture so what happens to all the fuzz ? Overall the comfort cannot replace the lack of absorption which is the whole point of wearing these products. I would definitely not use these for bladder support unless you plan to layer up in other products but keep in mind these are like a very minor upgrade from just wearing a regular pair of underwear. In a pinch you could throw away since it’s a 3 pack but not worth buying to begin with. Another important note : mine shipped separately from any other items in my order and they were shipped in a slight opaque ziploc bag. No box so 0 protection from the elements and 0 chill Amazon on the discretion. How would Amazon think shipping any type of undergarment in their original packaging only would make someone feel good? I was so ashamed that so many people directly saw and interacted with that bag of underwear being able to see what was in the bag. So make sure you check if there’s an option how these will be packaged - I stupidly assumed private products like this would automatically be packaged with care in mind and in a shipping box! 0 out of 10 would not recommend Amazon for this product 0 out of 10 out not recommend this product to anyone.

Doesn't work for incontinence but the rest was good
Hi I'm a 44 year old female who has not been able to hold her urine recently so I was recommended to try these and I can let you know they may work for people who have a light dribble or some small skirts Maybe but for someone who full on urinates their self every time they have to go they do not work unfortunately because I had high hopes I can tell you I purchase them one afternoon they were here the very next day shipping was super fast they are very well made and super comfortable the colors are pretty and I feel like possibly for your period they may work great but for urine it is definitely a disappointment.

Comfortable, functional, good value for 3
So comfortable I actually forgot I was on my period a couple times. Unlike the picture where it shows the liner being white, it is actually black so you can barely even see the blood, which is nice, not having to stare at it when you go to the bathroom. It's infinitely better than plasticky pads with no breathability. It actually feels dry. Great coverage, I didn't feel there was any risk of a leak with a regular flow, probably works with a heavy flow as well. Waistband is comfortable, doesn't dig in, even with bloating. Follow the size guide, fits great for me. I definitely follow the washing instructions, cold water, no fabric softener, and lay flat to dry. Worth the extra effort to make sure they last. I rinse immediately after wearing as it says, but with a light flow it might not even be necessary.

Great incontinent underwear
I ordered these panties to test if truly leak proof. I am 85 and have incontinence requiring pads and other disposable products. I want to eliminate the incontinent underwear for the night leaking. I want a panty that is effective and can just use an overnight pad. These are the answer - an overnight pad changes one time and panties are dry no leaks. These panties are comfortable and cool. Costly investment but will replace the disposable underwear that are not leakproof nor comfortable nor cool to wear. I recommend this brand. I will continue to test these incontinent period panties - and recommend them to my elderly lady friends. Washable, comfortable to wear and leak proof - my selling points!!

Very comfortable
These fit well. Not tight around the legs. High waistline keeps them up well. Good absorbancy. I highly recommend them.

They’re ok. Didn’t fit as expected.
Seem like good quality. Fit smaller than expected so they don’t fit my daughter well as hoped. Tight in the legs area, not much stretch there and left red marks on her because of it. Guess it makes sense so it doesn’t leak but wasn’t expecting them to be THAT tight. Have other period underwear from more expensive brands and they aren’t like that at all. Otherwise, they are great for heavier days. Just wish they fit better and weren’t as tight at the leg area. Won’t be able to use them.

Buenos calzones menstruales
Me encantan.
