Can you cut these soft gels open and just ingest the liquid part? I absoluteley cannot swallow any type of pill, especially softgels. Thanks!

I actually cut these open to use to brush my teeth with. The taste is not yummy at all, lol. But, the uber white teeth I get from it is really worth my once or twice a week that I do it. AND, you have to be super duper, like really attentive when you do open them because Turmeric will stain any kind of cloth. Also clean your sink immediately. I was also giving one to my dog, mixed in his food. It stained his white fur around his mouth, lord help if he decided to use his paw to move the food around...little yellow footie prints :D But yes, they can be cut open and ingested with no issue.

Longvida contains things like soy lecithin and silicon dioxide. As a Paleo eater and breast cancer survivor I avoid soy and non-natural ingredients. Ingredients other than the curcumin and bioperine in the Sports Research brand are: organic coconut oil, organic beeswax and kosher vegetable gelatin. That's it, no soy, no strange things. I like that.
