Absolutely brilliant. Bought for my 7 year old daughter (for ages 4-9) after she sliced her anckle open days before going on a beach/pool holiday. It does exactly what it says, easy to put on and completely waterproof. Submerged in swimming pool, used in the shower and also on the beach and in the sea. It gave her the freedom she needed. A plastic bag and tape did not work, this was worth every penny for her thorough enjoyment of the holiday and our assurance the wound would remain completely dry.

This was a lifesaver to stop the tears and tantrums.my granddaughter had a cast on her leg so she thought she was unable to go swimming on a weekend away she’s only 4 so the thought of seeing other kids in the water while she just had to watch I knew was going to be hell.someone mentioned these so I thought I’ve got nothing to lose. To our surprise it worked no wet cast and she was full on in the water,made our weekend a hell of a lot easier.

Our daughter (6) broke her leg a week before our holiday. Bought one of these though so she could at least have a bath. It says you can swim in it but I was sceptical. However, it was fabulous. We showered her in it first to test drive it. Worked really well. Ended up having baths and then we went into a pool. No problems at all. Just make sure you have emptied as much air as you can from it. They are quite baggy width wise to allow ease for getting on and off but be aware they are not that long. We got a half leg one for the right age group. Our daughter's fitted her perfectly but she's not very tall. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent product. My son received a burn, and his wound had to be protected however we were going on holiday. This was brilliant. Bone dry the whole time. In the pool for an hour and not a drop of water near the wraps. It is simply fantastic. Highly recommended. ..

My son broke his leg at school. He had a lower leg cast on for 4 months. We got this so we could take him swimming and aid his recovery. It is a genius idea. Completely seal the leg including the leg cast and allowed my son to go in the swimming pool without getting his cast wet at all. Make sure you follow instructions or look up videos on how to out it on, stretch it all the up to the thigh area and it is completely waterproof and watertight. Really helped my son with his recovery as he was able to do non impact exercise that sped up his recovery. I highly recommend this.

This product is too small for my 7 year old son, very difficult to get on and off and on day 2 of wearing they have a hole. This was caused by my nail but you have to pull and stretch so much to cover the top of leg the fabric was so thin it's no wonder my nail went through. I will now have to look at getting a different pair with both legs in plaster for the next 4 weeks they are needed! Considering the price I am bitterly disappointed n this product.

Really great concept however when I tried it on my daughter, it tore. Instructions do say to be careful which we were but it’s very easy to tear so we didn’t even get to use it.

Kept my daughters stitches in her leg dry when she went in the pool on holiday - had bought it in a bit of a panic just before we went away and hadn’t really held much hope of it working but it did - every day for nearly 2 weeks and saved her holiday! Not often that something simply does what it says on the tin!

This is my child’s 3rd cast for the week. He got it wet several times using the plastic sleeves you buy in the chemist. He is also Autistic and does not understand the purpose of the bags, and his desire to het his whole body wet, cast and all. Our Bloccs was perfect. It fit with ease and my son had no desire to try and remove it. So far this week we have a dry cast and not had to replace it. We choose the medium child with a 29cm circumference. However it fit well and to size as described, we were unsure whether to go up to next size or not, but this was perfect and not right. Had no issues, used it for showers twice a day and the bloccs is as good as new. Easy to dry as well with towel.

Amazing invention! My daughter has a leg cast and wrapping garbage bags with tape did not help in the shower. Water still manage to seep through. I googled this product and found it on Amazon! I followed the measurements exactly and it fits perfectly. What is best is , amazon delivered the next day when I urgently needed it. A lifesaver! I highly recommend this if you have a leg cast. My daughter is 10 years old but I took the medium size for 4-9. The age isn’t accurate. The measurements are more accurate depending on your cast size.

My son broke his foot 2 weeks before we were set to go on vacation to a water park (couldn’t be rescheduled). We purchased this and trialed it in the bathtub at home. Works like a swim cap and we kept the seal below the knee (movement from the knee would cause the seal to move and potentially allow water in). We spent 2 days at the water park where he was able to take part in all activities (swimming, wave pool, water slides, etc) with very minimal water leakage. We wrapped a tea towel around the cast with some hockey tape to soak up some moisture that might leak through before putting the cover on and there was only a tiny bit on the tea towel and the rest of it was bone dry. I’m very pleased with how it worked and would recommend the product. Be sure to measure for proper sizing!

Après avoir été très suspicieuse quant à l’étanchéité de ce protège plâtre, je suis ébahie de son efficacité. C’est totalement sec en dessous. Si on respecte les consignes de le replier à la moitié avant de l’enfiler, c’est relativement facile à mettre. Ça ne fait pas garrot mais c’est étanche! Il faut bien vider l’air comme on peut sinon ça flotte, mais ce n’est pas trop gênant. J’ai mis une chaussette large sur la résine pour éviter qu’elle ne risque d’abîmer et trouer le protège plâtre et ça facilite l’enfilage et pour l’enlever. C’est malgré tout assez résistant, à voir dans le temps et à l’usage. Concernant la taille, j’avais beaucoup hésité à prendre la plus petite, mais je ne regrette pas du tout d’avoir pris la taille M. Il faut surtout vérifier la circonférence de la jambe au dessus du plâtre et la taille M va parfaitement à mon fils de 5 ans, même si la longueur paraissait un peu longue par rapport aux mesures préconisée. Prendre plus petit aurait risqué d’être trop serré (donc prendre selon l’âge préconisé doit aller la plupart du temps, en vérifiant bien que le protège plâtre est plus long que la valeur mesurée sur la jambe dans la longueur, mais il doit être dans les valeurs recommandées pour la circonférence de la jambe au dessus du plâtre sinon il risque de ne pas être étanche ou d’être trop serré). Mais en tout cas ça nous a sauvé les vacances et mon fils a retrouvé le sourire après la frustration initiale de ne pas pouvoir se baigner. Ça simplifie également la prise de la douche. Je ne regrette pas du tout cet achat! Concernant la résistance, c’est à voir à l’usage car on ne la utilisé que deux jours. Faire attention à mon avis aux ongles et aux bords des plâtres en résine un peu tranchants.
