Excellent product. Well worth the money.

I thought I'd give these a try as a domestic electrician. I really like them, the crimping part is ideal for doubling over 2.5mm & 1mm cables, and easy stripping with the notches. My only gripe is that the cutting edge needs to be slightly longer, considering these are designed for 2.5mm T&E, I end up having to cut twice to get through a piece of it. But still my favourite snips

I ve used CK cutters for years and fancied something different , excellent cutters and has the extra bonus of cutting socket screws too

I have heard about NWS side cutters, after using C.K for many years before I thought i'd try. Unfortunately I'm disappointed. The cutting blades seem to overlap after cutting any size solid core, making it difficult in reopening the cutters. Hopefully just a defect in my pair and others will be ok. But won't be buying these again..

Probably the best side cutters I’ve ever had. They are a little bit expensive but then you get what you pay for and these will last you for a long time

The holes designed for stripping insulation need to be perfectly aligned—otherwise, you end up cutting the conductor instead of just the insulation. It's fiddly, impractical, and ultimately not worth the hassle, so it rarely gets used. In the end, it functions more like a sub-par pair of clippers. Plus, it only works with 1mm and 2.5mm cables, which seriously limits its versatility. The presence of the holes also compromises the cutting performance of the clippers themselves.

Nice pliers from nws. The handle is abit long for me and I like the 160mm ones better
