If you mean just while in traffic, yes as long as the engine is running. **Q: when do you put it in?empty tank or anytime** A: It states to wait until tank is nearly empty then add immediately (ie at Petrol station and without starting the engine) before filling with approx 40-80 litres of diesel per full 430ml of additive.
