This is my favorite hot sauce of all time. I use it every day. You can taste the ghost pepper's frutiness, as well as feel the burn. It's the perfect balance. Melinda, knocking it out of the park. BTW, there is a wing sauce variant of their Ghost pepper sauce, which isn't nearly as good. Too much vinegar. THIS is the real deal.

Good sauce, tasty and spicy

I like hot. This is quite hot when used liberally. My GF laughs at me when I use a lot of this on foods. My face turns red and I sweat profusely from my head. She thinks it's pain, but it's not. It's an experience of near transfixing on the sensation. It's addicting. I must have 100 different hot sauces to use, and habanero and ghost pepper has to be at the top of the list. Melinda's is often a consistent value sauce that I can rely on to provide top quality and texture. El Yucateco is also a top choice of mine. I'll never be that $20 a bottle guy when I can get top quality for much cheaper.

I am not a fan of hot sauces. I bought this to keep the squirrels from eating all the bird food after other hot sauces had failed. It seems to be working a little. The sauce is thick and does have the smell of the peppers that makes the nose burn so it probably will be hot.

My husband is a hot source fanatic and I recently purchased him a hot sauce challenge which featured a ghost Pepper sauce. I really wanted to get a bigger version but it was purpose made just for the kit but using AI I found this source that was recommended as the same baseline recipe wise. I think the price point is fairly valid for the size of the bottle. My husband says the sauce is beautiful, it’s a very standard ghost pepper sauce but has a much better flavour without feeling thin or cheap. He says that you can actually taste the chilli instead of it just being a hot, synthetic chilli sauce. Definitely would purchase again and also interested in the other options such as the stake sauce and the wing sauce.

The sauce is really hot, but not obnoxious in any way. What stands out the most is the taste, it fits almost any meal. Other sauces just taste like the pepper they are made of, but this one has so many tasty notes besides the ghost pepper. It’s also a lot of sauce for the money, the bottle is bigger than most ones I’ve bought

Lovely - could be spicier but tasty

I was going to do 4 stars becuase its really not that hot. But its delicious and for 5$ CDN it has a pleasant building heat. Not for anyone looking to really suffer, but to be tasty and moderately hot... its a winner. Staple every morning with eggs. Fantastic on wings or pork ribs... Melindas is good stuff. Just dont expect real ghost pepper heat. I can taste the ghost pepper flavor... earthy like the fresh pods from my garden without shooting lava out of my ass the next day!
