The 2 other leg holes do exist! Hooray!
Okay, I thought my unit was defective because it was "missing" two of the holes for the legs, but the holes are on the end piece! Once I figured that out, installation was one of the easiest ever... Just screw in four legs, and slide two pieces for the backrest together. It seems high quality and looks beautiful, and there is ample storage in the unit. I don't know if it's the softest cushion, but my daughter is happy with it, so I am too! We got this to go by the bay window and it replaced the cot she would use when she wanted to sleep upstairs with us. She says it is more comfortable and loves that it doesn't creak when she gets up. It really looks beautiful in our room! And I love that I can hide the blankets in it when it is not in use. Overall, I'm super happy with it!

Very cute I would definitely buy it again
This chair is really cute. I love the color. I love the texture of it and I love the storage unit. That’s an extra bonus. The cushion that you sit on is a bit hard. It’s then because it’s the door to the storage unit, but I actually prefer the cushion seating. It’s great for posture. I just enjoy sitting and reading in this chair for hours.

Great for the price!
I truly enjoy this accent piece for my room! Looks like the picture and easy to assemble. While I hardly sit on it because it is not firm enough, I still enjoy the purchase and would recommend.

Beautiful and functional
It looks stunning at the end of my bed and effectively hides miscellaneous items in the seat so that my bedroom is romantically beautiful. My cat also appreciates his new nap spot. I was shocked at the shipping price but the cost of the item was so low it all evened out. I looked at other websites for free shipping but found the cost of the chaise alone to be more than this one. And this one looks so much nicer than others I found. It was super easy to put together since the storage seat comes assembled. You just have to screw on the legs and slide the back pieces into place.

I gave it as a Christmas gift and I was compelled to tell you it's a fantastic lounge
My neighbor loves my Ashley furniture chase lounge, and she is not got a lot... So for Christmas I got this for her... As a present... And let me tell you... Buy this! Great quality for the price, as well as soft, cushy, and it looks FANTASTIC... I surprised her on Christmas, and let's say, she was overwhelmed and it was something I felt great giving because it was quality... So yeah, get this reasonably priced lounge and sit in front of your window and FEEL FANCY AND DRINK A COFFEE. It is one of life's indulgences that you look great doing

Looks Nice, But Assembly and Comfort Fall Short
The final look is decent, but the assembly was frustrating—definitely needed 2-3 people to align everything properly, and no instructions were included. There was also a noticeable line on the fabric, almost like someone had written on it. As for comfort, the seating is pretty firm—not ideal for long sitting. Overall, it’s okay, but not the easiest or most comfortable piece.

Comfy
I love my chaises. The color is elegant, it’s long enough where my feet don’t hang out and comfortable. Love that it has storage. Very functional.

Product not worth price
Worst customer service. Product is 3x the price that it's worth not including what you will pay in shipping. Very uncomfortable chair. Would not waste my money.
