The Circulon non‑stick pan is a standout in everyday cooking. Its durable, not heavy , scratch‑resistant surface heats evenly and truly lives up to the non‑stick promise—food slides off effortlessly with minimal oil. The pan feels solid, well‑balanced, and easy to clean, making it perfect for everything from quick stir‑fries to delicate eggs.

Brilliant little pan, non-stick and it *does not* wear off. My goto small pan, and we bought the larger version to be our goto bit pan. Worth the price!

Worth the price. A good size for a fry-up breakfast, not too light in weight, but neither too heavy. Needs little oil to cook satisfyingly and has a long ergonomically balanced handle. It’s also easy to wash, best done with just hot water - I've cooked various meals in it, from omelettes to stews, and it doesn’t stick. Always heat on medium and reduce to low (avoid high) and you’re smiling all the way from pan to plate. And my missus loves it too!

Heavy pan which cooks evenly

I bought 3 Circulon Scratch Defense pans in December, misled by their claims of being 130 times more durable than other non-stick pans and a "lifetime warranty." Now, a few months later, I can say that these claims are completely false. The non-stick coating started failing after only three months. By six months, all three pans were completely useless. Everything sticks to them now, making them impossible to cook with and a nightmare to clean. For pans price, that kind of performance is unacceptable. When I contacted customer support, their response was insulting. They blamed me for "burning" the pans and told me I should have only used them on low to medium heat. A frying pan that can't handle standard cooking temperatures is not a frying pan. It’s a disgrace. My old, inexpensive pans from IKEA have lasted for years under similar use, proving that Circulon's durability claims are pure fiction. The lifetime warranty they advertise is clearly worthless. It’s a way to justify a higher price for a low-quality product. My experience shows that Circulon will simply find a reason to deny your claim. I’ve attached a couple of pictures of my “burnt” pans. Warning: Do not waste your money on these pans. They fail quickly, their claims of durability are a joke, and their customer service is a stonewall. You will regret this purchase.

I bought the Circulon Scratch Defense Saute Pan with Lid 28cm - 4.7L back in March 2025 and purposely withheld my review. I’ve now had a good number of months to use it and can honestly say I wish I’d bought one sooner! Quite simply it is the best non-stick non-scratch pan I’ve ever had (I’m in my 60’s and have been cooking for years)! I’ve used it to sauté and fry, for making soup and stews and wouldn’t be without it. It is a tad on the heavier side but has a cleverly built in grab handle at the front. The graphite pewter finish is stylish and washes well. In fact I loved it so much I purchased the matching 21cm frying pan, use it frequently and hope to add more pieces from the collection in future. Don’t be put off by poor reviews criticising the non-stick surface. It’s superb! Respect the product - ie don’t use cooking sprays as most contain lecithin which can be nigh on impossible to remove once it builds up; wash the pan when cool. In my opinion the Circulon Stratch Defense Non-Stick range of products is top-tier. The cookware is a little pricey but worth it. My only gripe - it’s not possible to buy all of the products as individual items which is a great shame. Surely this option would provide extra revenue for Circulon whilst offering cookware to suit their customers’ preference and purse. I highly recommend this gorgeous range. It’s elegant, effective and an absolute delight to use in the kitchen.

Die Pfanne ist an sich toll...es klebt bisher nichts an und sie lässt sich leicht reinigen. Was mich allerdings sehr enttäuscht hat,dass sie nach ein paar Wochen Nutzung bereits verbogen ist. Das hätte ich bei der Qualität nicht erwartet. Bisher,und ich hoffe,das bleibt so,schränkt diese Deformation aber noch nicht ein,deshalb noch 4 Sterne

Main set of cookware is stainless steal Zwlling from Germany which I bought perhaps 15 years ago. Expensive at the time but well worth it. I love the set and when not needing not stick properties, these pans are the bomb. However, for nonstick, I swap out/replace pots and pans from time to time as they deteriorate. I have previously bought Jamie Oliver’s Tefal products. While the pots hold up ok, the fry pans keep getting trashed pretty quickly. I tried this Circulon pan to try to stop the cycle. Been using it for perhaps 4 or 5 months now and it seems to be holding up very well. I now plan and swapping out the Tefal products with Circulon going going forward.

Non stick will last.

This has been an excellent everyday frying pan and one that I reach for constantly. The first thing that stands out is how evenly it heats. It distributes heat well across the surface, which helps food cook consistently without hot spots. Once it heats up, it maintains temperature nicely, making it easier to control cooking compared to thinner pans. The nonstick surface performs very well. Food releases easily, and cleanup is quick and simple. I have not needed to soak it at all, even after regular use, which is a big benefit for a pan used this often. The overall construction feels solid and durable. The handle is comfortable and easy to control, even when the pan is full. With proper care, it has held up very well and still looks great despite frequent use. I do only use nonstick-safe utensils and hand wash it, and that has helped maintain the surface over time. It is a great everyday piece that balances performance, durability, and value. I would definitely consider purchasing more from this line.
