Made so much noise i couldn't use it. Wow. However, through Amazon's great return program I decided to exchange it for a new one. The new one came. I put it together easily but warning it comes with no instructions. And this one works great. Quiet, solid, stable. Tension is ok I suggest shifting to higher gear for more resistance. I especially like how quick the bike detaches and ready to ride. Great for warmups Great for cardio Why buy a new exercise bike?
