Over the past 5 or 6 years I have taken many different protein powders. Finding the right combination with regard to calories, total carbohydrates, texture, tastes, and price is a huge task. The chocolate flavor is good although not quit as rich / deep chocolate as some = it contains Coco powder and artificial flavor but doesn't taste artificial. It's a little sweeter than I like - but is OK = sucralose. Overall this is a good drink that mixes to a creamy consistency. I mixed this Swanson Full Potential Whey Protein – Chocolate flavor supplement with milk and it make a thick chocolatey delicious shake. It is filling and satisfies my chocolate craving. It has just a bit of that sucralose aftertaste but that is better than it being full of sugar. With less than 1g of sugar and 25 grams of protein per serving, this is a great for after a workout or as a meal replacement.

Swanson is a well known brand and they didn’t disappoint with this. I’m a big fan of most of their foods and especially their pre-workout supplement. This protein powder is another winner because it has everything I look for in protein powders. High 25g of protein, quality ingredients, and is low in sugar. It also mixed well with my oatmeal. As a post workout shake it blended well with my other supplements like creatine, frozen banana and blueberries. But I did notice a slightly gritty texture, which could be due to not blending it enough. The protein powder has only 140 calories per serving, so perfect putting on lean muscle without the bulk Nonetheless, it's a great choice for anyone seeking a protein powder supplement.

It mixes up easily in whole milk. Unlike some other protein powders, it doesn't get frothy or thick. It's basically just like chocolate milk. It's very easy to drink. For the price, I just wish it was organic or non-GMO at least. Also, the package warns about Cancer and Reproductive harm. So as long as you're cool with that, I'd recommend it.

My husband has been weight lifting for decades now and he said this is by far the best tasting whey protein he's ever tried. I would hone6just drink it for fun it tastes to good! It works well as a protein shake of course. It's a good clean energy and helps me recover from my workout.
