I live in a small apartment in New York City. My bike isn't super fancy or anything but I'll be damned if I trust anything of mine being safe while locked up outside on the street. That's why I got this. My building is really old and the walls seem to be made of plaster/cynder blocks so drilling a wall mount isn't the most ideal in this rental apartment. Because this bike stand is freestanding, I can move it anywhere in the apartment without it needing to be near a wall. There are other vertical stands that support the bike by resting the seat post on a yoke, whereas this one has an extension that comes up to hook the front wheel while the back wheel is nestled between adjustable rollers. My seat post is so down low that it's basically nonexistent so those vertical stands are out for me. But the added benefit of the front wheel hook makes it so I don't need a velcro strap to keep the handlebar from turning around while vertical. Also with the bottom part of the mount, I can use it to hold my bike in place horizontally as it holds my back wheel in place. So in a way it's like 2 bike stands in one! All in all I am very happy with this bike stand. It's definitely my best investment for my bike in my small apartment situation. Holds my bike vertical or horizontal without needing to drill or be near a wall. Super sturdy and made of metal, so easy to build, and comes in a surprisingly small package. Fully assembled, the base itself takes up like 2 feet x 1.3 feet.

Caught this on sale for less than $50 and it works great. Easy to put together and figure out. The no tool adjustment on the bottom wheel stop is nice. It’s stable even with my almost 40lb mountain bike on it and definitely saves space storing vertically.

This bike stand is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, lightweight yet sturdy, and fits perfectly in my living room next to the couch. My road bike is now neatly stored and no longer in the way.

Assembly was made easy. I have a large SAVA gravel bike and it fit at the upper limits of the bike rack. A lightweight bike is much easier to wrestle with onto this rack. Functionality is very good-the rack frees up shelving space in my garage since I don't have to prop the bike up against a shelf. Build quality was good, size also good. The stand with the bike on it can be pushed around a bit if you want to adjust the location. Without the bike, the metal stand is lightweight so easy to pick up. Balance is a bit precarious so I've ordered a bike cover (for dust but also to protect the bike in case the stand falls over). I checked this morning after putting it up and the bike is still upright and hasn't fallen over :). This bike stand works well if you want to get your bike out of the way but don't want to put it up on hooks near the ceiling. One negative-a U-part that has the top hook for the front wheel would not seat sufficiently into the two metal posts it was supposed to go into. As a result I could only screw one post to it. This is a design flaw and I'll be contacting the company. Regardless, it seems ok with only one screw in the post. Instructions are excellent and visual. I recommend this vertical stand.

The set up, straightforward!! Im the world's biggest walking idiot, so I was pretty impressed that I was able to put this together myself. My satisfactory level, pretty positive! It held my classic street bike just fine, really. It wobbles, but after some minor forced wobbles to see the sturdiness of the product, it held up like a champ. Parts that were needed were all there and so easy to work with, no bends or chips I had to worry about. After putting up my bike, I was able to easily move the entire bike and rack to its desired location. Would, I recommend this product, yeah, if youre on a time crunch and need one for the meantime, but maybe do some more research to see if you could find something better. Im pretty happy with this purchase, and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Delivery was indeed fast and with care

I have a tiny NYC apartment and this bike rack is a life saver. My three options to store my bike is (1) drill into brick laid in 1910 forever damaging the beautiful foundation, (2) drill into dry wall or (3) get this. Took about 15 minutes to assemble the full thing. Keeps my bike stable. Easy to move around the apartment as needed. And the adjustable mount allowed me to fit the bike perfectly in place.

Works wonderfully. Set it up and put my bike out on the terrace. Very sturdy. Covered it with a plastic mattress disposal bag to keep the snow and rain off. It takes up much less space!

Excelente diseño y súper ligero, me preocupaba mucho que no mantuviera el equilibrio ya que el peso tiende a cargarse hacia atrás sin embargo ni siquiera se mueve y no es necesario agregar nada más, yo le agregué una cuerda ya que debido a algunas modificaciones que hice a la rueda trasera, realmente no está centrada en el cuadro y eso provocó que el manubrio girara un poco hacia la izquierda, pero si su bicicleta es normal, el diseño es excelente, la recomiendo ampliamente

Very good product. I bought this with a view to storing a new bike (xmas gift) in my garage that doesn't have a lot of spare room. It worked out perfectly. It's sturdy enough, and was a breeze to assemble. I highly recommend this product.

The materials and alignment isn't the best but I guess you get what you pay for. It still does it's job very well in holding the bike up!

Fits just perfectly with a 27.5 in. x 4.5 in tire.
